He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional.
