Apparently this guy was supposed to know the newest technologies and had a reputation of doing great work. Let me give you my experience as a first time customer (who, btw, is very picky!) I contacted the office and spoke with Stephanie (spelling?). She was so professional and offered to retrieve my record from my past dentist so I didn't have to deal with it. I told her I wanted to follow up and she gave me multiple ways to submit them digitally. She offered to set an appointment based on my schedule and they were able to get me in last minute without any fuss. I even forgot to get my records, and she followed up a few days before offering once again to help me. I've never had someone so "on the ball". I was also able to fill out my paperwork by downloading it off their site so I didn't have to do it in the office. Time saver! When I walked in I spoke with Jessica, who was amazingly friendly. Usually in the medical field people are too busy to have a decent conversation, or they simply would care less. We spoke for a while and she really was interested in getting to know me as a person rather than customer. What a rare talent. Stephanie even came up and joked around a bit. I was glad I finally met her in person. Dr. Gates came out and personally said hello. He told me it will only be a few minutes. Has that ever happened to you at a doctor's office???? I was there for like 10 minutes and the Doctor already came out of greet me. Jennifer came out front and said she'll be handling the x-rays. I was surprised how many good looking people there are in this office. Seriously! It's like a modeling agency in there!!! I explained that I was very limited in my budget, and he offered so many options for saving money. I've never had a dentist able to work on my own budget. It's usually, "well, we gotta do it and we have a credit policy." Dr. Gates and his team worked with the little money I had and the outcome was amazing. Jennifer was very professional and gave me insight on each step of the way. I noticed that this team had a tendency to tell you what's about to happen before it happens. I am seen primarily by Dr. Cho and she is great--very kind and explains her treatment process thoroughly. Appointments with dental work specifically (cleanings, fillings, etc) are easy to reschedule within a few days of your original appointment which I appreciate due to my busy work schedule. However one area they could definitely improve on is their availability of their Sure Smile (Invisilign) appointments and services. This office HEAVILY pushes invisilign and has signs and plaques all over the office claiming they are in the top 1% of invisilign providers. However these appointments are very difficult to come by. If I have to reschedule an appointment to get my new aligners, the average wait time is a month to get a new appointment. One time, my aligners were lost in the mail and the office had to reschedule and it was 6 weeks out to reschedule. It's pretty annoying and creates a significant setback for the treatment schedule. I feel they should have more RDAs to provide these services since they push it so much.

I went to visit a dentist and it was only just to get deep cleaning and a cavity filled however I…read moream so traumatized from the dentist from back in the 70s, all that grinding and drilling bothers me so the dentist gave me anti-anxiety meds to take for my procedure. Well, those pills did not work so they decided to give me a shot of I don't know what to help calm me down. The shot did not work either, it actually gave me the worst anxiety that I ever had. I think I became belligerent to where they were going to call the paramedics to come take me to the hospital. The next day I called that dentist office and they told me that I need to go see a sedation dentist and I Could never come back to their office again. They referred me to Dr. Smith. when I got there I was still a little afraid but they were so kind and warm and welcoming so I decided to allow Dr. Smith and his staff to perform the deep cleaning, cavity fill, crown and put an implant post in at the same time under anesthesia. The experience was amazing! They did not make me feel like I was a big crybaby because I was, they treated me with respect and kindness. And at the age of 59 years, you would think that I would be able to handle simple procedures but can't. I do recommend Dr.Smith's office if you're afraid of going to the dentist.
