    Ceaser Salad

Absolutely fantastic place! Drove an hour and half from Connecticut to meet my nephew and his husband there and it was worth it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the difficulty in finding a parking space. Service by our waitress; Gracie was awesome... 5 stars!! The food was also fantastic. Started off with a meatball appetizer which was delicious. I also got a very nice Ceaser salad which I very much enjoyed. My Chicken Parm with fresh pasta was also delicious. My wife truly enjoyed her Eggplant Parm and my nephew loved his Citrus Salad with Chicken. His husband also loved his Chicken Parm. We had two orders of complimentary bread. Great vibe! I think I might try the pizza next time.

We were in Boston celebrating my husband's birthday and stumbled upon Molinari's on OpenTable--so we decided to book his birthday dinner there. It ended up being one of the best choices of our trip. Pros: The atmosphere is intimate in the best way, and the staff was incredibly attentive from start to finish. The price point was great, especially considering that the food was absolutely phenomenal--truly the best meal we had in Boston. The place was packed for a random Wednesday night, which says a lot. Cons: There honestly aren't many. If I had to pick one, it would be that the restaurant is definitely on the smaller side, so seating can feel a bit tight. Also, watching people attempt parallel parking outside was unintentionally hilarious--not a complaint about the restaurant, just free entertainment. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Molinari's a try. They were amazing, and if (or really, when) we come back to Boston, we'll definitely be visiting again.

Stopped in Dot for dinner this past week. First time at Molinari! We were seated right away before the dinner rush. The staff seems nice, gets you what you request quickly! We ordered: Calamari, standard fried calamari with marinara dip sauce. It was crispy and wasn't rubbery but it was definitely bland in way of the batter itself. So the sauce helped. The pizzas were both great! The burrata pizza i added sausage and it had a nice Bianca style oil base. The hot honey prosciutto pizza was full of topping and flavor. The dough for their pizzas are good, still good after air frying it in oven post freezing the leftovers! Will be back.

Presentation: 5 stars Service: 4 stars Food: 2 stars I really wanted to be head over heels for this place. I really really did. No freezer, everything hand prepared or hand delivered that day. So why the low score if the presentation and service are so good? Food. Food is the beating heart at the center of every restaurant. If the food is underwhlming it srags the experience of everything else down, so as a rating it is weighted hevaier than the others. Heres why: Portions: 2 stars. Portions seemed small. When I saw my plate I was underwhelmed vs a plate from a chain like Olive Garden. Taste: s stars. Bland, I'm sorry to say. Normally in Italian food there is an avalance of spices. There is a pungent aroma. I didnt spot many spices in my food and I had to personally request salt to add it to my food as there was none on the table. The pasta is made there daily. I'm no expert but I believe salt is added to pasta when you make it? Maybe I'm wrong and tradtional pasta dishes are very bland and flavorless. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make the food palatable. I'm not a conosoir(sp?) by any stretch but when I eat I expect to feel some measure of joy and satisfaction from the food itself. I didnt feel that joy. Eating was just a task I was accomplishing at the restaurant as I spent company with loved ones. I hate to leave this review because the people seemed really nice. I hope they dont hate me after they read this.

My fiancé and I went here for our anniversary dinner and it was wonderful! The inside is cute and has a family feel and it's a smaller more intimate spot. We got pizza and pasta and both were delicious. The chicken cutlet I got on my pasta was some of the best chicken I've ever had. I also recommend asking for the bread before the meal, the oil it comes with is really good.

We were looking for a new pizza place to try & decided to give Molinari's a visit. I've probably driven by thousands of times and never realized it was right here all along! What we ordered: -calamari -burrata pizza with sausage -honey truffle pizza with bacon + prosciutto -ginger ale -Shirley temple Okay, so the first two things that arrived to the table were: Shirley temple & the calamari. I'm really not much of a soda drinker but every so often, I'll go for a Shirley temple. This one was very syrup-y upon the first sip and after mixing it, it still tasted pretty syrup-y, which I wasn't really a fan of. The calamari arrived very light in color & we were already kind of skeptical before trying it. It was as bland it looked & as we thought but luckily the sauce did help. Now, for the pizzas, probably the only thing that I would come back for. My favorite of the two we ordered was the burrata pizza with sausage added. Both had great flavor but I definitely like the burrata one more than the honey truffle pizza. For the pizzas, we were given large empty, cleaned out tomato sauce cans to use as stands for the pizzas. I liked the concept but the cans didn't serve as the best base for the pizzas. Definitely have to be careful handling the pizza slices because no sturdy base. Overall, I would come back for the burrata pizza and try other pizzas that they offer. Our server was really nice & super attentive. Parking: can be tricky because parking is limited. We lucked out with a parking spot right outside.

Molinari's is an Italian restaurant located in Dorchester. I had lunch there and street parking is free for 2 hours during daytime hours. Inside it is a table service restaurant with a small bar area. I ordered the pappardelle bolognese for $18 and the food arrived less than 15 minutes later. It was just what was advertised and what I wanted. A big bowl of fresh hand cut pappardelle with a large dose of meat sauce on top consisting of beef and pork with tomatoes, garlic, onions and seasonings to give it added flavor. It was a lot of food that tasted very good. I really liked the pasta and there was plenty of meat sauce left over. Gracie provided table service that was warm and friendly. I would be happy to return.

Open kitchen with solid bar service and good vibes. Fresh ingredients and nice size portions with a taste that will make you come back. Pizza game is a winner also.

Incredibly delicious, homey meal! We walked in a Saturday 7p with easy parking and prompt bar seating, where Grace warmly welcomed us. Food (4.5/5) - Bianco ($20)- delicious prosciutto and arugula, with balsamic drizzle - Fettucini Carbonara w chicken cutlet ($23+3)- blown away! scrumptious, handmade noodles w crispy cutlet. not heavy at all! star of the night. - Cannoli ($12)- so light and not overly sweet, easily my favorite in Boston Will def be back!

We continue to come here because the food is outstanding. Always sit at the bar so we can watch the greatness as it happens. Tonight, we tried the bolognese and chicken parm - Everything was spectacular as usual! The kitchen and staff are a well oiled machine. This is my south of North End favorite! p.s Don't forget to "buy the kitchen a round" and enjoy the cheers when the bell rings! They deserve it!

It's been on our minds since Tuesday lol FOOD - Chicken Caesar Wrap is 11/10! I'm not even exaggerating it. Please come and try it for yourself. Lettuce tasted fresh, the right amount of chicken and Parmesan cheese and croutons, nicely wrap in a tortilla wrap, and the RIGHT AMOUTH OF DRESSING/Sauce. I will definitely come back like every other week lol Chicken Buffalo ranch wrap was also good but lacked sauce. Next time I will definitely ask for more sauce. Chicken tender dinner 3pc for $10 with fries is definitely a deal. A deal because their tenders are the right size and fried perfectly . Only down fall is, it does not come with sauce. It's $.75 or $1 for sauce. I believe it should come with one sauce per order. Just my opinion. Strawberry tres leches was mid per wifey. I'll get her the original plain one next time to see how it is. Overall, great customer service when you order in person. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. Their wraps are very good. I will come back to try the other 2-3. Glad I finally decided to come and check this place out.

Banh mi was mediocre at best and nothing special. Com tom was meh. Beef jerky was super tough, not thin enough to tear and just had a sweet and spicy glaze on it sprinkled with sesame seeds. Vietnamese coffee was strong but not sweet enough. The establishment is packed with foods packed and ready to go. They need to add sell by dates or packed on dates to assure quality control on the prepackaged foods. There's really no prices on anything either. With all of the prepackaged foods and no AC, it scares me a bit that the food would spoil in the heat so I tried to pick things that I knew would be somewhat made to order. Case in point--the turf bagel. I love it so much that sometimes it's hard for me to order anything else. Drinks are a mixed bag for me.
