    Melina coffee is the best!!!

I ordered a medium Mango Green Tea. Because it's so hot outside Jasmine provides Friendly, Excellent Service with a Great Smile

This place is awesome. I got an iced latte and an acai bowl. The acai bowl was perfection, and their prices are very reasonable. The only reason it gets a 4 is because of the abundance of dust and spiderwebs everywhere (ceiling, AC vents, walls, upper areas when you look around). As good as the food and coffee is, I can't give it a full 5 because of this issue.

    Poor Coffee serving..

Sooo disappointed.. I have been a longtime customer and swore by Molinos. I don't know how many people I recommended Molinos to.. I ordered a quad latte and this was the serving after I asked for no foam.. I sent an email and reached out any way I could to see if they could make it right and no one NEVER reached out to me... I would strongly advise to try another coffee shop with better customer service and just better ethics because $6 for have a cup of coffee is unacceptable..

We stopped in while visiting family thought a coffee was needed while walking the market. It is a smaller place with limited seating, but options looked great & smelt amazing. The wait was quite a bit longer than expected for 3 coffee's. Maybe due to the market happening..? I didn't taste much flavor in my drink, but the others loved it. We may be back & try something new next time to give a second chance.

Iced latte with cold foam and cinnamon powder

Visited Molinos Coffee in Redlands and had a great experience. I ordered a small iced latte with cold foam and cinnamon powder; it was smooth, flavorful, and hit the spot without being overly sweet. The interior is bright, clean, and super inviting, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. What really stood out was the friendly customer service; the gal was welcoming and helpful. Solid coffee, cute space, and great vibes all around. I'll definitely be back!

Iced Matcha Latte with whole milk

The cafe is pretty! I love the cafe vibes at their downtown location and the staff are so nice. I felt welcomed upon entering and decided to try their iced matcha latte. The employee made sure to ask if whole milk was alright, and considerate. I forgot to take pictures, but definitely coming back. They have a study room area in the back for a quieter setting. The matcha taste was a little grassy which i love but it is on the sweeter side for my preference. If you're looking for a cafe that makes matcha barista style then this is it.

If you're here for their Cuban-style offerings or espresso-based drinks... Then I'm sure you'll be pleased. I ordered a Cafe con Leche, not realizing it is no longer "Cuban style." it's purely coffee and milk. I hadn't been here in forever so that was my mistake to not notice. Service was a lackluster. Same old song. Not really too fond of the place but they do have Art of Teas for their tea selection (I've had Earl Grey creme at home/have had it elsewhere) and their coffee gets the job done I guess. There is a great coffee scene in Redlands aside from Molinos.

    guava cheese pastry, pretty good
    Sanela S.

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon and it was DEAD. The space is large, clean and modern, and probably a good place to study considering there was nobody in there. There's additional space down the hall towards the back for extra quiet. Service was great - the barista answered my questions, made some recs and let me try the cookie butter syrup before ordering. (Glad she did, too, because I didn't like it.) Vanilla latte - 7/10 Solid latte, but nothing too special. The vanilla syrup is not made in house, but it wasn't bad. Guava Cheese Pastry - 8/10 The taste was great, but I wish the filling was more evenly distributed. The center had a big chunk of guava and cheese but towards each edge it was just puff pastry. It took a few bites to get to the good stuff.

I don't know what it was, but everyone in there silently scowled as we walked in, and it didn't get any better in the time we got our drinks and settled in with some pastries. We opted to sit outside, which was a bit better... at least free of the strange judgment indoors. The coffee itself was nice, and those who follow my coffee shenanigans know I usually order a cappuccino to try somewhere new, and it was quite nice. Even the little pastry I ordered was nice. I'd certainly recommend it to people in the area, though I don't imagine I'll be back soon, both for practical distance reasons and... who knows, maybe waiting until the studious clientele has gone back to school for the year.

The Drink: I ordered a 16oz London fog with Whole Milk and Vanilla Syrup. It was perfectly a strong caffeine fix not overly sweet. It's clear they take their tea as seriously as their coffee. The Food: I grabbed the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Rosemary Garlic bread. The rosemary garlic bread is a game-changer; it adds such a savory, aromatic depth to a classic breakfast sandwich. The bacon was super crispy! Service: Broody took my order and he was great when I was asking about their tea menu to help me find a strong caffeinated tea that's also sweet. There are only a few places to eat open for breakfast and other times. Unfortunately, the place was under renovations at the time of our visit. I was not able to go inside or see what the inner decorum looked like. Instead, I had a nice meal outside in the seating area. The food is pretty standard in terms of early cafe. I was kind of expecting more of a brunch menu. Instead, it is mostly breakfast sandwiches and other cold cuts. I did order the namesake of the store, the Stell Club. For me, the food was average. I think the best part of the meal was the bread. It was crunchy and moist enough. The sandwich meats were definitely on the dry and salty side. I wonder if they were fresh cut. Similarly, there was some sauce but I did not notice it very much between the mayonnaise and other condiments inside the sandwich. I don't know if the idea is to make the sandwich extra salty so I'll buy more drinks. I would rate this place in the category of come here if you're starving, wait for a different place to open if possible.

Their signature drinks, matcha series, Tsoko latte series, milk teas, iced teas, and coffees are handcrafted with care and creativity. We still sat in front of TUSL. I ordered at the TC counter. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink. We'll return to try some of their other specialty drinks that may give more value for my money. Btw, NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED! Note: Park for free at 101 W Stuart Ave. Very short walk to the market. Train tracks are between parking and market. Cross with care.

I hadn't been in a few months, and decided to drop in this morning to eat, have coffee and edit photos on my laptop. During the several hours there, I got to overhear exchanges between customers and staff. The morning shift boys were young, but friendly. Let me tell you, once the day shift crew came on, the energy shifted. Andy, I HIGHLY recommend you replace the tall, thin guy with the glasses. The whole time he was there, he acted as if he didn't want to be there. He was rude, stand offish, and completely disregarded customers. As soon as he BLATANTLY ignored a female customer who was trying to have a conversation with him but gave attention to her male counterpart, I was over it. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I can't even count the amount of times I've divulged in conversation with people I didn't want to, but I still treated them like a human. The woman was visibility upset about how off putting he was. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in. I know you're not going to care about my review, I know you're not going to lose much money if I never come back. But people need to aware what kind of employees are here. As for the food and coffee - The ingredients no longer taste fresh on the breakfast pizza. It tastes cheap and rushed. The iced vanilla latte I had was mid at best, I forced myself to finish it. Which is disappointing because I have loved both for years. I think the young boys need some better training on how to make coffee, but at least they were personable. The young guy with long curly hair - keep up that positive energy. You're gonna go somewhere. Highly recommend bringing Quay back full time, maybe make him a manager or part owner because every time I've been there and he's makes the pizzas, everything is He's a staple, and is clearly loved by all the customers who were happy to see him when he walked in. Also, maybe put the birch back on the empty corner wall, looks like someone ripped it off and it looks bad.
