You order at the counter and find a seat. The ingredient were fresh and staff was friendly. I had the Caesar salad and I butternut ricotta pizza. The crust was nice and I enjoyed the roasted pine nuts in the caesar.

I woke nearby and wanted some pizza for lunch. Happy to say my craving was satisfied! Not only were they fast they were reasonably priced and have a variety of items not just pizza. My husband had the jalapeno popper and I cannot remember what mine was called but it was delicious. We liked it so much we ordered a larger version of the jalapeno popper and a chicken bbq to go, for the house. The person who took our order was very nice as well.

    Yummy!

Wow! What a great lunch spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very comfortable inside and we got to watch the Redlands bike classic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The salad was fresh and crunchy and a perfect pair with the pizzas. The caprese pizza was awesome and the rocket man was outstanding!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly quick service and clean restaurant and bathrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Super happy with our choice to eat here for lunch today!

Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust

I've been recommended to check out Bricks and Birch by my roommate! I was told the Thai pizza was a must-eat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For my first time entering this pizza restaurant, I was struck by the amount of light that streamed into the open windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of seating as well indoors and outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can directly observe the oven and the flames by which pizzas are cooked in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came in with the objective to find a good pizza for a potluck for my life group in graduate school. For the length of time it took for me to calculate how much pizza I needed and how much I was able to invest in, the staff were so patient and kind with me! In hopes to find a good vegan pizza for the group, I asked what they recommended and based on their recommendations I got the Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust. It amounted to about $25, which is a bit on the pricy side for a 12" pizza. However, it was my first time buying a vegan pizza for friends, so I'm glad I got to try it for the first time here. They are also known for their vegan pastries especially the banana bread which I hope to try someday soon! They offered sample m&m cookies that provided the sugar boost for me to drive to my potluck. The wait time for the pizza to be made was about 15-20 min, around 3 pm when there weren't that many people. The pizza came steaming hot, and I can tell the ingredients were fresh. Sharing them with friends was a delight. I'm considering the higher price as partly an investment in the experience and presentation of the food - thank you to the staff who cares about these! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is well kept and give me a sense of comfort.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I want to give a shoutout to Adalaine for her exceptional kindness and patience with my confusion of what pizza to get. For my vegan friends - this is not a bad place to check out for some fancy pizza.

    Maple matcha and avocado toast
    Amy H.

Service here is always good! Always friendly and precise. As for the food, the avocado toast was just okay. It had a lot of seasoning on top and the avocado wasn't entirely ripe so it tasted kind of sour? The matcha was a little too sweet but still good! I go here often still but they just need to step up a bit on their breakfast food a little. Otherwise, still a solid spot!

    Burned Margherita pizza

Ordered 2 margarita pizzas online for pickup. When I got them home the bottom of the crust was burned black. Called and reported it. There was no explanation or remedy offered. I requested a remake and returned the original order. The remade pizzas were nearly as bad as the first ones. Attached are pictures of the crust of the remade pizzas.

Good pizza place in Redlands. They have a lot of creative pizzas that I haven't seen before like the Thai Pie. They have a really good selection not just from pizza but also baked goods that are huge. I would come here with a couple friends and even grab a cup of coffee since this place feels really like someone's dining room table.

It was our first time here. We ordered a Ron Swanson and a matcha latte. The pizza was literally so good!! Perfect flavors. Super friendly service at great prices. There's plenty of seating for larger groups too.

I was craving some coffee so I yelped a location near by and this is where it lead me. Im glad I got my cup of coffee and some pizza. Great friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good food and this spot is very cosy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Im surprised I haven't been here before. Definitely will be coming back here to try more of their menu

    Pepperoni Pizza (added Basil)

Food and service was great! Pizza is the best I've had in a while--their ingredients are fresh and crust was the perfect combination between thin/crispy/soft. They serve the food in to-go containers whether you're eating in or not, but the food was tasty. They also don't use any seed oils to make their food--Will definitely be back.

I was kind of expecting more of a brunch menu. Instead, it is mostly breakfast sandwiches and other cold cuts. I did order the namesake of the store, the Stell Club. For me, the food was average. I think the best part of the meal was the bread. It was crunchy and moist enough. The sandwich meats were definitely on the dry and salty side. I wonder if they were fresh cut. Similarly, there was some sauce but I did not notice it very much between the mayonnaise and other condiments inside the sandwich. I don't know if the idea is to make the sandwich extra salty so I'll buy more drinks. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink.
