Yes. 5 stars for a dentist. I have never been to a dentist that is so thorough and helpful in my life. The appointment for my yearly checkup took 50 minutes (xrays and all). They spent the necessary time with me explaining exactly what they were doing and why, and giving me tips along the way. If anything, it was too detailed, but I appreciated the thoroughness. Another great thing about this place is they use technology to their advantage to make things go smoothly. The paperwork is done ahead of time (online) so once you arrive, you just sign a couple times and then they take you back to the chairs and begin work. When they did the xrays, you can see everything happening in real time on a screen in front of you. Everything is displayed so you can see it while the dentist points out what is happening and why. All in all, going to this dentist was a pleasant experience. read more

I felt like I was cheating on the dentist who has been my dentist since I had teeth - about 27 years now, but I chipped a tooth so it was so sharp I couldn't talk without the tooth cutting my tongue - and didn't want to drive to Littleton from Denver. So somehow, I found this business. They accept my insurance, and could see me the next day. Dr. Rena has been great. I went back after she shaved down the sharp points (no charge), She did a crown (and they do it SAME DAY!! None of that temp crown...wait 2 weeks...blah blah which is fine if you live nearby) and it seems to be fitting perfectly. She was very friendly, as well as the dental tech. Front desk staff was great at handling my insurance nonsense - I was so confused but they called and took care of it. They also take CareCredit, which was a godsend. read more

I have yet to meet anyone that looks forward to their scheduled visits to the Dentist or forking over the cash to leave with a numb face and chapped lips (although the the provided chap stick is superior quality!). The scope of work involved with dental care will remain uncomfortable for the foreseeable future, but Dr. Ben Mollner has clearly refined his craft for delivering unparalleled hospitality to. My first visit with his hygienist for a standard teeth cleaning and general checkup was actually entertaining and fun. She was very interested in learning about who I was and how I approached my dental hygiene. She then demonstrated her expertise and creativity by making recommendations to help take better care of my teeth that I could fit into my daily routine and accommodate my lifestyle. She was very straightforward and communicated clearly without sugar-coating any of my poor results from the checkup so I could make the best decision possible. Mollner Dentistry maintains an impressive set of hi-tech tools that allow you to watch the progress of the procedure and view detailed, easy to interpret X-Rays and information. I have yet to see anything like it! After the cleaning Dr. Mollner came in to introduce himself and asked how I felt the visit was and asked if I would offer an suggestions to make the visit more enjoyable. He was very kind, professional, and diligent during all phases of our conversation. I was equally impressed with the financial benefits plan that he offered for my dental maintenance, cavities, and crown agenda. It was significantly more advanced and affordable than any Dental Insurance Plan I have been quoted in the last three years! My second visit to begin filling cavities prompted this Review. I've been seeing Dr. Ben for several years now and him and his team are as good as it gets! They send reminder texts, always have great appointment times available (including squeezing me in when I've had some emergency stuff - never fun), and are always INCREDIBLY prompt and efficient. I'm sure I speak for many when I say how frustrating it can be to have to take off work to go to a doctor appointment and have it take hours... That is never the case here. I am always taken back right at my appointment time and seen very quickly by Dr. Ben after my cleaning is done. At the risk of being cliché (clearly I'm going to do it anyway), time is money and I SO appreciate always knowing my appointments at Mollner will be quick, easy and painless. Dr. Ben also referred me to a great oral surgeon several years ago when I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have been going to Mollner Dentistry for about 4 years. I had an appointment to get a filling filled. My appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. The morning of my appointment my dog was not feeling well. I took her into the vet and then found myself having to take her into emergency surgery. I called to cancel my dentist appointment knowing I was not in the right space to go or had the time to make it to the dentist. I told Mollner Dentistry I had an emergency with my dog and needed to cancel. They said it would be a charge of $100. I couldn't believe it. I was already upset about my dog and then to know that they were going to charge me because I couldn't make the appointment due to an emergency was even more upsetting. I understand there are rules and policies for cancellations but there should also be some allowances around emergencies. To have no compassion or sympathy for what someone might be going through in an emergency situation is inexcusable. I told the woman on the phone what was going on and was basically crying on the phone, and she proceeded to say, "I am really sorry about that but we will still need to charge you $100." I usually don't write reviews but this was very upsetting and not ok. I wouldn't recommend going to Mollner Dentistry if that is the compassion they show their patients. read more

I went here for a 2nd opinion due to my previous dentist trying to scam me. I'm so happy I came here. They found the root of my tooth pain- a simple cavity. They are incredibly affordable (shockingly since they are in such a nice building and high tech office) and just so easy to schedule with. They are very upfront with their billing so there are no surprises! And not pushy at all when it comes to extra services (ones that are not necessary but are beneficial). I'm so happy I came here and now have a quality dentist in the Denver area to go to! read more

The dental hygienist that cleaned me teeth and took x-rays was very thorough, friendly and took her time at my first visit. She informed me of several areas that looked like they would become trouble eventually and gave me some recommendations on what could be done to address them which the dentist then later confirmed. The dentist I saw was Nathan Mollner and he was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them if you are in Denver! read more

They messed up my first consult appointment so I had to go in twice for an appointment that should have been one visit. The front desk staff has been incredibly rude on every call. One hygienist told me she had just traveled within 12 hours of then having her hands in my mouth during the height of the pandemic. I didn't say a word about any of this because the dentist was great. I had 4-5 appointments that I was always early for and never had an outstanding bill with this office. I made a cleaning appointment 6 months ago while in nursing school. Since graduation I had moved and taken a night shift position. When I started receiving texts last week about an appointment reminder I texted back, emailed, and called several times to notify them I would not be able to keep my appointment. Because they couldn't fill the appointment I was charged $75. Never dealt with a ruder office staff. Go elsewhere read more

I truly never leave reviews on places but I had such a great experience at Mollner yesterday that I felt the need to let y'all know you did a great job!! The girls at the front desk were kind and helpful and I wasn't waiting more than 5 minutes before they took me back. Alyssa (or maybe Melissa?) was my hygienist and she did such a great job! Unfortunately I hadn't been able to get to the dentist in about 3 years prior to this visit and she was patient, gentle and thorough. My past experiences at the dentist are generally less than pleasant with the hygienist trying to hold a conversation while their hands are in my mouth and being rough with the cleaning tools, leaving me feeling awkward and on edge the whole time. This experience was the exact opposite. Alyssa made small and thoughtful comments and let me know what she was doing without expectation of reply while being gentle and efficient at what she was doing. I wasn't going to make this public, but since you emailed me for a review prior to the follow-up call I was promised, I feel obliged to share my shocking experience. I was diagnosed with Laryngitis, so I didn't want to bring the illness into the office and infect other patients, or staff. When I called to reschedule, I was told that there would be a $50 fee because they wouldn't be able to fill the appointment. When I asked if they would prefer that I come in and make people sick I was told that I had signed the paperwork outlining their policy. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but still haven't been contacted. Prior to this experience, I've had nothing but good things to say, but this was a shocking demonstration of both patient care and shortsightedness that will make my wife and me go elsewhere if it isn't rectified. read more

Dr Nate is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. He was kind, thorough, very knowledgeable and experienced and made me feel at ease during procedures. The office space is very clean, with beautiful art, mellow music and provides a nice ambiance for procedures that are normally stressful. Dr. Ben is great. He actually spends time with you during your check up and doesn't rush you. The dental techs are wonderful and flexible. He doesn't try to up-sell you for things you don't want or need but you can certainly get aesthetic procedures done. They're great with mouthguards and will clean them for free and adjust them for free as well during your check ups. The office is modern and comfortable. read more

As a first time patient at Mollner today, I had an excellent experience. The office is clean and welcoming and the care is excellent. I have quite sensitive teeth and Lisa hand-scaled them. Plain and simple this is a company that will cheat you if you let them. Aside from being overpriced and providing subpar quality dentistry they don't inform you that your insurance isn't covered by them until after you've been seen. We wasted hundreds on a terrible finished product to find out after that our insurance wasn't covered by them. Don't trust any reviews on here. I guaranty they are all fake. Billing issues make Mollner Dentistry one to avoid. I just received a bill in April 2019 from Mollner Dentistry explaining that they have been miscalculating their billing since 2015 and are now billing patients for their miscalculations. I have a balance due for work from several years ago that I must now pay. It is unfortunate that very poor business practices and customer service overshadow the good dentists at Mollner Dentistry. read more

I was referred by a friend and decided to give them a shot. I had a tooth that had been bothering me and irritating my tongue. They showed me where I had been grinding my teeth at night, filled in the worn away spot, and now my tooth no longer hurts or irritates my tongue. They took care of some of the issues that were bothering me right away even though I was only scheduled for an exam. I have always been terrified to go to the Dentist (bad experiences in the past). I have been a patient of Dr. Ben's for some time now. Definetly a WELL educated and friendly staff at this office!! Dr. Ben consulted me on getting my wisdom teeth removed finally. They were starting to peek through my gums and weren't bothering me much, but Dr. Ben talked to me about pulling them and went over the importance of it--so glad to finally have a dentist that cares so much!! Having now been a patient at Mollner for over 6 months, I wanted to confirm that they are great. I've now had a root canal and two crowns placed, among other things, and the whole process was quick and painless. Dr. Nate is incredibly friendly, and great at what he does. I've had one other root canal in my life and that process was awful (went on for hours, was really painful, and continued to be painful for a few weeks after). In contrast, the root canal Dr. Nate did went incredibly quickly, was painless, and getting the crown placed a short time later at a follow-up visit (after it was made in office!) took maybe 30 minutes. While I waited for the crown to finish fabricating, the (incredibly friendly and helpful) receptionists sent me down to a local coffee shop with a gift card to get something to drink while I waited. This was basically a bonus on top of an experience I already would have raved about. Overall, this place cannot be beat. read more

Shoddy work by Mollner caused my wife to have to have an emergency root canal during our honeymoon in Costa Rica--and several more root canals in the month that followed. She had been having trouble with the tooth ever since she got a filling at Mollner a few weeks before. Evidently they had decided to try out a new sort of filling material, and my wife was not the only one to experience ill effects from it. This information was revealed only after my wife called for the umpteenth time to tell them the pain and sensitivity in her tooth was not going away. They have a nice office, location, high tech tools, etc. They are definitely shooting for higher end. I had a very thorough cleaning for a great discount as I received a new patient special ($89). However, their normal cleaning goes for $325. This should have alerted me, as this is higher than what I'm used to paying for a cleaning. The dentist sounded more like a salesman than a dr. He tried to sell me on everything under the sun that could possibly be applicable. I have a tiny chip on a tooth that's been with me since the 6th grade -- never caused problems. He told me I should get this smoothed out and also get 6 fillings as well as a whitening for a grand total of over $1600. This was directly after I told him I didn't have insurance, so I'm only looking to get the very minimum work necessary to keep my teeth healthy. 2 weeks later I went to 4th ave dentistry and rec'd a free second opinion appointment. I met with the doctor without having to wait for 20 mins beyond my apt like I did at Mollner. He told me my teeth are great after looking at the x-rays and poking around. He said I didn't have anything to worry about unless I all the sudden stop brushing/flossing. Maybe that story is too good to be true. Probably somewhere in the middle is the truth. Either way, $1600 when I'm asking for minimum work necessary is just absurd. He should have sold cars for a living. read more
