They made early morning appointments (7:30am) so that I don't have to deprive my kiddo from eating/drinking any longer than necessary (starts at midnight so no biggie there) I also picked up the special prescription from a local pharmacy and then brought it in with me. They let her pick a flavor, take a horrible substance that tastes nothing like the flavor no matter what you pick (haha) and then sit and wait for it to take effect in the waiting room. My kid passed out on me... they then called us in about 30 mins later and she came to just enough to be a little startled but they're pros at this and she made it through everything like a champ. Which was saying something since she went in really freaked out. We still have one other appointment to get the rest and I have no doubt it will be smooth because they have such a great staff and doc.

I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

The person blasted through the cleaning, didn't really talk to me or ask any questions. She also used the floss like she was angry at me, tearing up my gums a lot. That didn't used to be a problem in this office but has become that way again. Then she said she was going to have the dentist take a look and then I would be done. I asked about the filling that was also scheduled, and she gave me a blank look. Finally got it sorted out so that I could get the filling done too. That process took a really long time as well, partly because the area where the filling was done it was built up so high the dentist had to grind a bunch of excess off to get my bite to hit properly. A few months later that filling cracked while I was eating and created a huge mess of a few other teeth as I accidentally bit down on the broken piece before I realized what had happened. I have never had a filling crack, especially to that degree. I used to really like this office but I will never go back

He got his braces off much sooner than we expected and his teeth look amazing. He got his retainers made for him the same day by their excellent lab technician. We had such a great experience that we are going to switch his older brother, who has been a year and a half over his estimated treatment time and nowhere near done. We are so glad we made the switch to Wire Orthodontics.
