My account was flagged due to my kids getting sick with the flu then COVID making it so we had to cancel their appointments. They refused to let us reschedule. The schedulers were a nightmare. There is 1 doctor there who is absolutely amazing. However the bigger guy is just as rude at the front scheduling staff. Very disappointed with this practice. Just know if your kids get sick you will be flagged and treated very poorly.

I don't like that they push sedation even for very minor procedures. My 4yo daughter needed a very…read moresmall pinpoint cavity filled on her front tooth and they pushed me to sedate her. The dental assistant rolled her eyes at me and scolded me saying I should've opted for sedation, she asked "if i was *at least* going to give her laughing gas" in a very exaggerated mocking tone. I replied that I was fine with the gas as I stated at to the dentist. My daughter was there for a laser assisted cavity cleaning for an extremely minor cavity and then it was to be filled with the tooth acrylic. There was no reason to sedate her for that. The dentist was wonderful he reassured me in my decision and had her cavity gently taken care of in under 15mins. He is truly a saint and the only reason I bring all my children back. Most of the other dental assistants and office staff are wonderful.

So about $2,500 later for the two treatments of these cavities... They made early morning appointments (7:30am) so that I don't have to deprive my kiddo from eating/drinking any longer than necessary (starts at midnight so no biggie there) I also picked up the special prescription from a local pharmacy and then brought it in with me. They let her pick a flavor, take a horrible substance that tastes nothing like the flavor no matter what you pick (haha) and then sit and wait for it to take effect in the waiting room. My kid passed out on me... they then called us in about 30 mins later and she came to just enough to be a little startled but they're pros at this and she made it through everything like a champ. Which was saying something since she went in really freaked out. We still have one other appointment to get the rest and I have no doubt it will be smooth because they have such a great staff and doc.

They were able to refer me to Northpointe Family Dentistry and I am so thankful they did. It happened that I was able to get in immediately. They were very thorough and professional and were able to answer all of my many questions. I had 2 extractions, and headed to the lake to meet family. I did followed all of their instructions and 2 days later everything is just fine, I did not and do not except any problems, it was a breeze. Dr. Scott M Hager was the Dentist who took care of me and I highly recommend him, his Assistant Bob and their whole staff. Also I'm quite sure I'll be sending my records there, not because I don't like my regular dentist who I've gone to for many years, but because this office does it all!

The dental assistant was so sweet and gentle with everything she did (I'm sorry i forgot both ladies names). Dr. Hager has to be the best dentist I have ever been too!! Hes so personable and kind and gives you all the low down on your teeth. They were very busy today and even though they were busy he never once showed it. He took his time answering all my questions I had and he explained all my work that has to be done (which is alot) and was just a very nice dentist that I would refer all my family too. He had to give me a shot and I get so nervous and I didn't even feel it that's how good he is. Thank you to all the staff there, you are all keepers!

When I complained, they knocked off a few hundred dollars, but would not live up to their original estimate. There were no issues or complications, and they had no evidence I had ever been quoted more than the original $5,000. I call it "bait and switch" at best or "dishonest" at the least. If you decide to use this dentist I recommend you get a written estimate in advance and expect to pay more.

After a few months of continuous wear, the retainer suddenly didn't fit my daughter's teeth. Sadly, They have refused to replace it. My husband recently came to get Invisalign, and I had them out in a permanent retainer a couple of years ago. Always professional and I would highly recommend. My son will be starting here soon! To the reviewer commenting on the root canal - this is NOT an endodontist office, and they don't do root canals. They obviously have the wrong business!

We love this office! My daughter went here for Invisalign to help widen her jaw. She was 8 years…read moreold and helped her so much! The office is not pushy about getting work done, which I liked. Before she needed the invisalign, they would tell us to "wait 6 more months" several times and did not push getting work done sooner. I have since also gotten Invisalign for myself. They are all super nice and easy to talk to when having to call for an appointment. Highly recommend !
