What stood out even more was that customers who came in after me were greeted with a much friendlier and more upbeat attitude. The difference in treatment was noticeable. When she brought my drink, I said, "Thank you," and received a simple "Mm yeah" in response. Combined with the rest of the interaction, it came across as rude and dismissive. I've had positive experiences at this location before, which is why this interaction was so surprising. I hope management addresses customer service expectations and ensures all guests are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. One thing that also stood out to me was the apparent lack of diversity among the staff. While I can't speak to the company's hiring practices, it was noticeable compared to many other businesses in the area.
