It's lunchtime and there are thousands of places to choose from and I'm going to sushi lunch tomorrow so I don't necessarily want sushi two days in a row but on the other hand that would be okay with me too. But for now my friend and I are trying to choose what to eat. So I see poké on yelp and wonder what it is. Looks like a deconstructed sushi roll with no seaweed. Never had one so I thought I would check it out and this restaurant had some good reviews and wasn't to far. It's a tiny hole in the wall along a strip mall. My friend and I ordered several items. Tonkotsu broth with chicken katsu ramen with extra ramen noodles, a couple pick three protein poké bowls, salmon tataki, seaweed salad, volcano roll, coconut smoothie with added boba and rainbow jellies, and Thai Tea. Our orders are to go cause we have kids and didn't feel like having them mess the little joint up. The to go bags are absolutely the cutest! They're reusable red bags and each of us had our order neatly tucked away into them. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. And our drinks were in the bags too and had little heart stoppers on the lids so no spilling was gonna happen in my car. The food was great! I feel like I went a little to heavy in the sauces I ordered because I didn't know how it worked. So they sauce your proteins and then sauce the top of your bowl. I'm not a fan of mayonnaise and there was something creamy in my bowl and I think a squirt of Japanese mayonnaise made it in by accident. But my bowl still tasted really good. I chose salmon, tuna, and salmon tataki for my proteins and mixed with all the other mixers it was pretty good! I will definitely know what to order and what not to order for my bowl next time. The sides were a great addition. Seaweed salad is always such a fresh side to get and it was cold and crunchy and seasoned well. The volcano roll was savory and lightly fried and was really good!!! One of the better ones I've tried and it was large and the sauces on top of it were perfect. The salmon tataki wasn't my absolute favorite. There was a creamy sort of sauce on it and again I'm not a huge fan of creamy flavors on raw fish. It took away the freshness of the fish in my opinion, but that's not their failure. It's just my preference. The drinks were so delicious!!!!! They can in a neat looking slick cup, I'm am so happy that I ordered my drink at only 30% the sugar content as regular cause whoa, it was still pretty sweet but not overly sweet. The boba was delicious and soft and only very slightly chewy and the rainbow jelly made my white coconut smoothie look so pretty!!! My friends Thai Tea she said was extremely sweet but she liked it very sugary and ordered the normal 100% sugar content. The drinks alongside the savory and spicy entrees were such a good accompaniment to each other and definitely so delicious. So I'm officially hooked on pokè bowls now and boba and jelly drinks. Ramen with katsu was okay. The broth was enough to cover all the noodles. I don't remember anything spectacular about the ramen and will probably not order again. However, the poke bowl was good and I liked having all the choices. It was my second time eating a poke bowl and it was just as good as the one I had last time. I ordered it with salad on the bottom, yellowtail and salmon with mango, furikake, and eel sauce on top. I may order this again in a few weeks. I ordered delivery via Grubhub. The restaurant did a great job separating all the food so that the katsu wasn't soggy and everything seemed as fresh as possible with no spills. For this place to have such quality food and the cost, the location is odd. I love Ramen and this is my 1st time eating it authentically. I really like it. The only thing I didn't like is that the menu says grilled chicken. The chicken for my Ramen was not grilled. It looked boiled to me though it had flavor. I didn't eat the chicken or peas (I just don't like peas). I was super pleased and excited about how thoughtfully the food was wrapped. The smoothie I can best describe as an adult sippy cup. I will be drinking out of that cup for maybe a day or 2 before I throw it away. The food was in a bento box!!! The Ramen and other things were separate from the broth. I added the Ramen and other things to it and it was really good. Next time I will get the vegetable Ramen with the nuggets. The nuggets was good too. Can't wait to try another drink. As a big fan of Poke, I am very intrigued about this new restaurant since they not only serve poke, but ramen and dirty teas. Coming in the restaurant, I was so fascinated with the decorations and the bright color. I love the big cute girl logo they have inside the restaurant. Their restaurant is twice the size of the most poke places I've been to. They have lots of tables for customers that wants to dine in. I ordered a shrimp poke bowl and a mango smoothie. I enjoyed using the tablet to order because it is convenient especially if there's a long line. However the tablet hinders me from getting more sauces and/or toppings for me bowl since they limit the sauces and toppings selection. Since they use tablets, there's less interaction with the staff, which I really don't mind sometimes. As I was watching the staff make my bowl, I noticed that he wasn't wearing gloves. I feel like they should be wearing gloves since they are serving food. My shrimp poke bowl was good. There's nothing that makes it stand out from all the other poke places that I've been to. I also noticed that that my bowl was kind of dry and there's something fishy about my bowl. I think it was the crab salad, just not sure about it. The highlight of my visit was my mango smoothie. It was so delicious. Whenever I get mango smoothie from other places, they turn out to be sour, but not this one. It is not too sweet and sour. It was perfect. So i finally got to stop by this fun new place. Upon arriving i was greeted by a really nice cashier. I had alot of questions and she answered every one of them.. They were having a 50% off grand reopening and everything was dirt cheap. So i came on the right day.. Lol. I ordered chicken wings, a volcano roll, pork dumplings, and a poke bowl... Ohhh and a strawberry smoothie.. Everything was $15...You can't beat that at all... The store was very clean and the decor is modern and fun. At the front you can see all the fresh ingredients. There are plenty of options to choose from. The pork dumplings were my absolute fav. They were delicious. The wings were crispy and hot. They could use a little seasoning, but were still good. The strawberry smoothie was so good and refreshing. It hit the spot. My only complaint is i wish it was more slushy and thick. Mine was very loose. But i enjoyed every sip. The poke bowl was salmon and tuna. I did have it packaged seperately so i could take it home to cook it. I couldn't eat it raw. But they were nice when i requested it. I've tried a couple of things from this location and I think that it is okay for the price! The restaurant itself is super clean and open. You have the option of ordering up front with a staff member or off to the side on one of their little iPad kiosks! I remember when I tried to order a honeydew slush before, I put a note in to add boba and they didn't. It might be better to order with a staff member if you want to make additions or customizations to your food or drink! - Honeydew slush: There are few bubble tea places that offer this bc it's usually made with powder or artificial flavor. I just love this flavor so I always try to when it's available! From Molly, it's more on the icy side of a slushing which is still nice - Dirty Milk Tea: This is their brown sugar milk tea. The tea is very light tasting if any at all. this drink has a strong milk/brown sugar taste while still tasting watered down compared to other tea places. - Fried gyoza (dumplings): I'm glad they offer these as an "appetizer" because sometimes you don't want a whole meal when you're getting tea, these are the perfect portion !! - Takoyaki: These are battered octopus pieces topped with Japanese mayo and sweet sauce (think something like teriyaki or eel sauce if you're familiar). This is the only thing I didn't like on the menu. The ratio of batter to octopus is super off, and the ball is just way to big to cook all the way through, so it was very mushy with no texture on the inside to offset it. Traditional takoyaki usually has tempura or even cabbage/green onions inside. Overall, I would come back to try their other menu items but my favorites were definitely their appetizer gyoza! read more

Was it to good to be true.. another poke spot?! of course, I had to get my sneak peak of this hot and new restaurant. Honestly, these boba and ramen places are popping up like flies.. This one is located at College Park Square. Beautiful and eye catching is how i'd first describe the place as I walked in. There are many tables to sit in. The place is brand spankin new and clean. The kiosk where u order your meals, fit the fast casual theme. Touch screen ordering makes it convenient.. but I still had to ask several questions so I could better understand what I was ordering at the menu. I approached the counter to order. She reverted me back to the touch pads.. as their only system of ordering. She was the only worker there to man the food handling station and the register. She was sweet.. After a glance of the poke menu, I decided to go with the medium bowl that has 3 protein options and sidea and my friend got the seafood ramen. We ordered at the touch pad and had it printed and paid at the front register so we could claim ourselves a military discount. The ramen came out in a timely manner.. so did my friends boba. My poke came a little longer than normal. Upon sharing, the first glimpse of the seafood ramen bowl looked familiar. It looked appetizing, but it was missing the steam that usual comes out when u have a hot bowl of ramen. I was a little disappointed in the temperature but I still kept on eating. The egg had a nice yolk to it. I was not sure why the yolk was browner in color than what I'm used to. But it still tasted good and it wasn't over cooked. The soup contained fish cake slices, green onions, crab stick and the little shrimps. I give it 2.5stars on flavor and presentation. The poke bowl, I ordered salmon, tuna and (spicy)tuna tataki with the sushi rice. I was impressed by the flavor of the poke sauce. The garnishes and toppings included were: edamame, cucumber, masago, crab meat, furikake, greenonion and cilantro. First bite.. the fish was more chewy than normal. It had a fishy flavor that did not go so well going down my throat. Ugh.. I wasn't sure if I was being o early critical but boy it wasn't at all fresh. I gave it to my girlfriend to try. She too found the poke unappetizing... I felt unhaplg knowing we both only had a few nibbles of a not so flavorful poke. It lacked freshness, and it needed some salt and maybe more time of marinating. The cuts of fish were no good. I ended up returning the poke to get a refund. No stars for the poke. The boba, my friend and her almond flavored boba was good. The coconut in it was rough but the boba was prepared well. Sadly, she found some piece of *PLasTic.... in her boba as she went to consume it. This place blew my mind! I didn't think you could just slam so many things that you could eat into one portion! I tried my best to get the whole shop sampler stuffed into my Poké bowl. When I swung by, I had a craving for one of the neighbors, but once I spotted Poké, my stomach knew where to lead me. Paradise. If you are looking for ramen that actually tastes good this isn't it. Ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and it lacked creaminess and the noodles tasted like they were from a ramen package from Nissin. You are better off making packaged ramen than buying here cause that's what it tastes like. It is nothing special. Also ordered the Dirty Thai tea and it didn't taste good either. It had a weird after taste and the boba balls were not fully cooked. It lacked the soft chewiness I was hoping for and instead got undercooked gritty feeling boba balls. Loved it! I had a bad experience at a different poke place I'm a regular at, so I decided to try this one as it is even closer to my home. I was surprised how beautiful and clean it was inside! I love that they serve more than just poke, but ramen and volcano rolls as well! Now my friends can come with me and enjoy what they like as well, which is awesome. They also had a lot of seated compared to the other place, so we can actually sit down and enjoy it there fresh. The Poke bowl I got just to try out was beautiful and delicious, everything was so fresh I was really impressed, and even though it costed a little more than the other place, I'm pretty sure I got more food here and the quality was far better here as well. Tried to order and the system REQUIRES a tip to be added before your order is complete (minimum 5%). I prefer to tip in cash after the "service" and I typically tip 20%. I was ordering take out and I was doing the ordering on the terminal so I wonder what the tip is for? I do not tip the cooks at any other restaurant so why do you have to give one here. Sorry will probably never go here again. Who knows if the food is good, I never got that far. The terminal stopped my order because I was taking too long. So hubby and I came here on a holiday, Memorial Day, and we were thankful they stayed open. Our initial opinion of this place changed from beginning to end. First off, we came in and went straight to the counter. I didn't see the sign to order on the computer, so I just waited for someone to come to me at the counter. Even though 3 people were there, they ignored me. It wasn't until a large group of people came in that they told us to order on the computer. Of course I was not happy about this, but stayed and was patient. I ordered a small poke bowl atop greens, a Thai bubble tea, a taro tea, and hubby ordered their spicy pork ramen. My poke was delicious! Hubby really enjoyed the ramen. The bubble teas were yummy! I understand they're new, the decor was absent, which was also the trash cans inside. The air conditioner seemed to be on the fritz on this warm warm day. However, because of their grand opening...they had a 50% off special on everything. This was great! And since we checked in, we got a 15% coupon from Yelp that we can save for later. All in all, pretty good food. We ordered off Uber Eats and waited 35 minutes and the driver dropped off the complete wrong order. This was not the fault of the restaurant, especially with COVID, the driver took the wrong order off the counter. UE wasn't helpful so u called the restaurant and he confirmed that my order was still on the counter and he was so kind and apologetic. I ended up driving there to get my order and they threw in a free drink which was unexpected but very appreciated! The food was so yummy, we got two poké bowls and absolutely crushed them. 10/10 will be ordering again soon! But maybe just for pickup since uber can't be trusted ;) read more

I went back to this location again, and did not have as positive experience. I was with a party of 3 that arrived at the restaurant at 8pm on a Monday to get their appetizer specials. Upon entering, there were 4 other patrons inside. 2 were already seated and eating. It appeared the other 2 were ahead of us waiting for to-go orders. After ordering, we sat and waited. It ended up taking around 30 minutes to get our food: 1 poke bowl, 2 volcano rolls, 2 crab rangoon, 1 shrimp tempura. By this time- all but 1 of the other patrons had left (exempt from a young man who clearly knew a staff member and seemed to be waiting for him to get off work). It was incredibly quiet as the restaurant cleared. We could then hear a lot of yelling by a woman in the back towards another staff member(s). Because of the extensive wait-time, we were still eating when the restaurant closed. Although the front staff member was kind, it was clear they wanted us out.. which, would have happened much sooner if the wait for our food had not been so long. They cleaned the trash disposal area before we were done, and attempted to clear our table out from under us while still eating. Food was good as usual, I'm sure I'll try again another time, but if the wait for a bunch of 4-minute fried foods is that long again, I'll choose one of the many many other comparable restaurants to get ramen at. read more

I'm not quite sure if this place is called Molly Ramen or Ouka Sora because we ordered from Doordash from Ouka Sora from this location same address and same phone number. The sushi was okay.... But the orange chicken and chicken fried rice were TRASH! The orange chicken had no flavor that even slightly resembled orange chicken and the color was so dark you could tell it was not made fresh. The chicken fried rice had no chicken and it's probably for the best considering you could tell how old it was and was not edible. Called talked to Chen and he said they would remake it. Call the next day to remake it and a woman answers the phone and we asked for Chen her response "Who are you?" Clearly she did not like us calling for him. She yells back and forth I'm assuming to Chen and tells us they will not remake the food day later(but we had to call the next day to Chen because they were already closed the night before) and we must bring the food back. Quality has gone down hill. Used to get the poke bowls but i just bought one and it's no where near as much food as it used to be, and it's still the same price. The boba was also the wrong flavor. I got 70% as opposed to the whole %100 sugar, and it tastes like there's no sugar at all. Apparently the owner changed so that probably has something to do with it read more
