I came here on opening weekend and was skeptical about how long the wait would be especially since it was freezing outside. However, the line moved quickly and there were many workers with an efficient system. There were workers passing out menus outside and then circling our orders so that we could hand them to the cashiers once inside. There's a screen inside the store that tells you what drinks are in process and which ones are completed. There's a few small tables in the back of the store but it was so crowded both times we came so couldn't even sit down. We tried to come back the next day for the scratch off cards but they ran out quickly. All of the drinks (hot and cold) are sealed and you use a special straw with 3 small holes to puncture the seal and drink out of. For now there's only one size drink but I wish that they would implement large size drinks soon! Of the drinks I've tried (premium jasmine milk tea, osmanthus milk tea, white champaca milk tea, and premium jasmine super matcha) the one I liked the best was the white champaca milk tea. Don't get me wrong, they're all good but I enjoyed the flavor of the white champaca mlik tea best. However, the tea flavor could have been stronger. Overall, I'm excited that there's now a Molly Tea in town and will come back soon to try other menu options! read more

This is my recommendation for anyone who likes fragrant/strong tea flavors. Their straws kind of look like creamer stirrers, but they're supposed to be specially designed to enhance the tea flavor. I'm not sure if that's true, but it does help you sip the tea slowly to savor it. My go to orders are the Pistachio White Champaca Coco and the Jasmine Mango Smoothie (which includes sago and pomelo). I've had versions of the mango smoothie at other boba shops, and this one is my favorite! All the flavors are so balanced, but the tea shines through. I will say that I wasn't a fan of the straight milk teas, but I have friends who order it every time. Also, their drinks are supposed to be not to sweet already, but there is the option to adjust the sugar. All the ordering can be done at the kiosk, and although there's always a line when I go (on the weekends), it flows pretty quickly. The white champaca oolong tea was amazing. The jasmine mango drink was more mango flavor than jasmine but the hint/aftertaste of jasmine was still very nice. The cups and 3-sip-flow-straws are also just so beautifully designed. You order at a kiosk and it's pretty fast if there's not a huge crowd. I love Molly Tea. I first had it when I was traveling in Asia two months ago. If you love jasmine milk tea then this is the place where you will find the best jasmine milk tea ever. The drinks are good. They have a floral note and their recommendation of 70% sugar with less ice is good. But my goodness if I want drinks from this place I think I'll just order online for delivery. I walked in and they have a promo going on with some cart by the entrance and signage for where the line starts wasn't clear. I ended up standing by some girls for 5 mins when I finally asked if it was the line and they said "no" and that they were waiting for their drinks. Basically the entrance was crowded. When I got to the registers to order, the girl who stood there looked at me, then walked away. Zero acknowledgement. Another girl was doing something with the register and acknowledged me about a minute later. The register that she used for some reason wouldn't take my Apple Pay so we had to switch over to another register. I ordered two drinks straight off the menu. I feel like I waited 10-15 mins for my two drinks. There were three orders that came after me that got their drinks before me. There were 10 people behind the counter, 3 people working intensely, 2 people working, and 5 just standing around. I'm not sure if they were in training or what but they just stood there. Getting my drink, the girl just kinda stared at me and slowly gave me my drinks in a bag. Honesty it was such an odd experience.
