The chicken was pounded out and tender. The moisture level in the chicken was good. The wine reduction sauce with mushrooms - an excellent finish to the chicken. My husband also noted the shrimp and grits was some of the best he's ever had. The shrimp and pork belly in the dish were perfectly cooked and the Cajun spices were well balanced. And we have to tell you to try their fresh desserts. The brown butter chocolate cake was a special ending to the meal.
