I spoke with Brandi on the phone a few days ago to make a new appointment for my dog and new puppy and she was super helpful and kind. The front desk, vet techs (Jasmine was our vet tech for today) and Dr. Teboe are all friendly! Dr. Teboe was super informative, gentle with my dogs and did not rush during today's appointment. The staff is always very friendly and I do feel like my babies are in good hands. Dr. Williams and Moore have always been amazing and seem to genuinely care, are gentle and very knowledgeable. The staff gives helpful advice and talks through things to make sure you understand what's going on with your pet. There is sometimes a wait, but I understand how things can be at times with pets so I am patient with them. It's always fairly clean and they offer boarding and grooming as well. Also, they have extended their hours which is really helpful for pet parents who can't get out of work early enough or have a late emergency. Always recommend this place and I will always visit here first with any animal needs I'll need in the future.

The grooming itself has been inconsistent, with less attention to detail than I experienced in the past. It's disappointing, as this used to be a go-to spot.
