While I understand that busy times can lead to stress, the management's inability to effectively communicate and support their team was glaring. Orders were mixed up not just once, but multiple times during my visit, which was frustrating. I witnessed several customers voicing their concerns, only to be met with indifference from the management. It felt like they were more focused on rushing through the orders than ensuring customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, by the time I finally got my Blizzard, it was completely melted. (the picture) I would give zero stars if I could. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, and it was disappointing to see a place with such history and potential fall short due to poor leadership.
