Tried Blaze for the first time last week with a friend for lunch. I ordered the combination and was able to put everything they had to offer on my pizza. My friend ordered the salad and half pizza. Service was excellent. Being our first time the server took her time and explained much about how to order. The area where we ate was clean and comfortable. Received an ad in the mail that required buy one, get one free. Decided to pop in here with my wife and give it a try. My wife's first thought? "It's a Subway for pizza!" (Build your own). On the way there we had discussed getting different types of crust, but after seeing how high the cost of crust was (3-4 dollars more per pizza) we decided to just buy two of their signature pizzas, as it was our first visit. My wife went with the white top pizza and I decided on the BBQ CHKN. The pizzas arrived quickly and we had some fun trying different fountain drinks until we settled on what we liked. The white top pizza was BLAND, even with the arugula they added on top. My wife and I traded a piece each to see if we liked each others pizza and we both agreed the BBQ CHKN was better, especially with the gorgonzola cheese (yum!) And the extra bbq sauce the staff put on it at the end. The restaurant was very dirty as we arrived, but it seemed as though it was during a shift change and the blonde girl who showed up quickly cleaned up the messes that are visible in the pictures I took. The staff was EXTREMELY nice. My wife and I were both impressed by how friendly they were and again, the blonde girl asked us and other patrons if we needed anything. We downloaded the app because we get flames for every dollar we spend and after spending 60 dollars and 120 dollars respectively, regular patrons will get free items, like a dessert at 60 dollars and pizza at 120 dollars. First time visiting this particular location. Came just after 1 PM on a Friday pretty good ordering speed. Not all toppings that were on the menu were available though so I didn't quite get the pizza I was planning but it was still very good. A build your own pizza is an 11 inch pizza with as many toppings as you can fit on there. Ordering is done the same way as subway where you choose your crust then your cheeses and toppings. We didn't have to wait long for our pizzas and they came out smoking hot. They don't have the ice tea labeled so we missed it the first time we got our drinks. I like that the drink cups are strawless. They had a couple different seating choices regular boots or high tables and then patio seating outside. Music wasn't too loud and the place has a nice open feeling even though it's not extremely large. Will be back, hopefully they will have all the vegetables available next time. read more

No on helped us for awhile even though there were four employees and we were the only ones in line. Very disappointing compared to other Blaze Pizza locations I've been to. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating to requests I'm vegetarian and asked if they could use a different pizza cutter for mine since they cut pizzas with meat on them and they had no problem with it.
