My husband and I decided to go here off the whim because we were in the area. It was a late night so there weren't many there. The ambiance was beautiful. The woman who served us was super friendly. We ended up ordering chicken wings, Singapore noodles, salt and pepper shrimp. They were all okay, not bad enough for us to come back. Not sure if it was because it was so late but willing to come back during the day.

Oops, we did it again... another Chinese American place... Heavy on the American is the staff here which was largely American. The food is the usual faire with PuPu Pladders and Crab Rangoon (colloquially known as " 'Goons") and Sub Gums and Goo-Goo Sauces and Double Ding Four Happiness with Erotic Sauce and various Moo Goo Kow Pangs, etc. -all the usual stuff... Most prominent though is the decor which was quite wild with murals and landscape vignettes and modern wall fountains and tiki masks and more. Very fun and and some serious yen was invested in these visual delights. Our gang ordered drinks to kick it off. Jefferson got the Melon Delight and I had a Headhunter and Moey got the Mai Tai. They were all tasty and of average strength and well presented in fun glasses with garnish. The Mai Tai however was more of a "Meh Tai" in that it really didn't seem like a Mai Tai as these drinks wildly vary in contents from place to place. It wasn't janky or anything, but it just seemed kinda off-base. Tams ordered a pop since she is a tee-toddler. The waitress was wicked nice and very competent. We all split the PuPu Pladder for two. It was 50 bucks though (yikes!) but was quite large and was enough for the four of us when in situ with the HFR. The House Fried Rice was hot and appeared freshly made (or expertly reheated?) and the Pladder was of questionable freshness but was quite edible and had the Stern-O fire happening. BTW, I am amazed at how many peeps don't realize that the flame is not there solely for fun and looks. Its true purpose to heat up your food wicked hot as you go. I am a Level 3 heavy user of the flame and heat my victuals to the max. You can hold it over the flame via BBQ stick or place on the grill grate as a mini grill. Just an FYI. NOTE: I thought it was kinda weird that their PuPu Pladder does not come with 'Goons. It's like, Hello, McFly? I mean 'Goons are kinda du rigueur with PuPu Pladders, right? It then dawned on me that this is just another way to "get ya" in that you are kinda railroaded into paying extra for something... and we did... The 'Goons were OK -not the best but not certainly the worst -let's just say that they took care of business adequately... I cannot fully comment on anything else foodwise because this was all we got. However, I did notice that the Hot n' Sour Soup contained Woodear 'Shrooms -a big plus as most places now use those ubiquitous Pennsylvanian Ghetto 'Shrooms as a cheap substitute which is no bueno not mention unauthentic AF. It was a gas hanging in the place as it is a phun place to hang as it is highly Festivus. We hung there for quite some time as its open wicked late. This joint also can double as a sports "bah" as there are big-ass TVs all over the place with sports on 'em. The dood making the drinks was a machine and was mixing toddies non-stop all night with robotic prowess. I'd say peep out this place. Hopefully we'll be back in order to go more mental next time and order up loads of different gnosh. Later, YELPers...

I literally only came here because the place up the street was too packed for the pay per view boxing match and nowhere else was serving food at midnight. I did come here years ago and it wasn't that good, so I wasn't expecting much, but that was almost 10 years back, so I had to give it another try before I completely write it off. Everything I ordered was delicious, cooked perfectly and great portion sizes. Just so good! I'm guessing by the reviews I read prior to coming here it almost looked like this place is only good during certain days of the week or when a certain cook is in the kitchen, but if that's the case when I want good Chinese food I'll come here again on a Saturday. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the service wasn't the best, good and efficient, but wasn't too friendly.

ordered a chicken and rice soup, 2 spring rolls(really small$7.00) and a order of crab ragoons (really expensive $13.50 for 10)

Super Expensive‼ $13.50 for 10 crab ragoons, $7.00 for two really small spring rolls, also $7.00 for a chicken and rice soup. Total with tax $28.50. That's a major rip off. It would be an issue if the food wasn't mediocre . I won't be returning to this place not worth it in my opinion sorry.

Mon kou always been the best. Great waitresses. Best scorpion bowls in the state. Nice environment. Wish they were open late again like the old days. Food is big portions and filling.

Been coming here for decades. Portions are large, drinks are always well made. They also have cocktails to go. Sometimes the meats can be a bit dry and overcooked, but usually good.

Last evening was busy being that it was Friday night at peak dinner time. Even so our server was friendly and efficient without being rushed. We shared an appetizer of crab rangoon amongst the 4 of us. Crispy and filled to the brim with cream cheese, crab meat, and scallions with just the right amount of savory and sweetness. Then on to the entrees, we shared a heaping bowl of Mei Fun noodles (always moist and delicious). 2 orders of D #11 (IYKYK) , Egg rolls, and a huge portion of Shrimp Chow Mein. All exceptional. We often frequent and enjoy supporting this all family run restaurant. Townie Tip: Parking can get difficult on street but directly across the street is a large parking lot for Bank of America and since it is closed after 5, it provides ample parking for all of the nearby North Attleboro downtown restaurants.

5 stars across the board for service, ambiance, flavor, and pricing…read more My friend and I were in the mood for sushi and were headed to Attleboro so decided to stop by here after running an errand. It was around 8 pm so we were hoping it wasn't too packed and luckily it was about 50% full. They are located in a plaza with lots of popular businesses so parking can be scarce at times, but we had no issues this time. We were seated at a table with half comfy bench and half rigid chair so my friend and I decided to turn the table the long way and both sit on the comfy bench side. One of the hosts saw us close like sardines, came over and happily moved over a second table for us which was super kind of her. We ordered a sweet potato roll ($9), shrimp tempura roll ($12), and shrimp pad thai ($19). The sweet potato roll was the best one we've ever had as the sweet potato was not only really sweet, but it was very crispy and almost had caramelized edges. The shrimp tempura roll was also delicious. The slices were thin but wide as it had two pieces of shrimp tempura. I asked for spicy mayo on top instead of eel sauce. The pad thai was my least favorite since it didn't have many veggies, but also because it was a little too sweet, though the little lime wedge helped a bit. It did come with a good amount of shrimp, maybe 8 of them. For the prices, the serving sizes were good. Our server was attentive and very nice. They have a couple TVs along the wall and they have an open sushi bar where you can watch them making the rolls. The place is also clean.

The lady at the front was arguing with me in-front of the ppl inside the restaurant. I was embarrassed because I didn't want to pay 86$ when my meal was supposed to be half the price. That's called false advertisement. To make matters worse I went across the street to KFC and she called my phone and I answered thinking they were just going to say hey that's on us we will honor our advertisement online, but no, she just called to see if I really didn't want it, and just kept saying it was the old menu. Not only can they be shut down for this, ppl can file a complaint with the BBB. I'm not going to do that because it's not that serious, just know that prices online are not what they are going to charge when you get there. Thank god I didn't give them my card I would have taken them to small claims court. I will say this, there food is really good I have eaten here before when prices were lower on the "old menu", I don't want to take away from that the food is excellent, the place is clean, they just need to update the menu pricing so ppl know what to expect when they walk In or in my case when they order. Just a real example of the online menu versus when you get there to pay. They have wanton soup for 4$ you go inside its, $10.
