I ordered from here off of their online menu that has prices displayed, got to the place, and was told that was the old menu? I'm sorry whose problem is that? The lady at the front was arguing with me in-front of the ppl inside the restaurant. I was embarrassed because I didn't want to pay 86$ when my meal was supposed to be half the price. That's called false advertisement. To make matters worse I went across the street to KFC and she called my phone and I answered thinking they were just going to say hey that's on us we will honor our advertisement online, but no, she just called to see if I really didn't want it, and just kept saying it was the old menu. Not only can they be shut down for this, ppl can file a complaint with the BBB. I'm not going to do that because it's not that serious, just know that prices online are not what they are going to charge when you get there. Thank god I didn't give them my card I would have taken them to small claims court. I will say this, there food is really good I have eaten here before when prices were lower on the "old menu", I don't want to take away from that the food is excellent, the place is clean, they just need to update the menu pricing so ppl know what to expect when they walk In or in my case when they order. Let's face it, there aren't many good food options in all of Attleboro. Although for Chinese, Singapore is good enough for me. I can't speak for the entire menu but I can certainly recommend the items that I know and love. If you're feeling like crispy fried goodness, try the crab rangoons, eggrolls and spicy (sticky & sweet) chicken wings. They always hit the spot! My kids always get the beef teriyaki, spare ribs and chicken wings. For noodle options, I totally recommend the beef chow foon in black bean sauce. It's the same thing as Cantonese noodles if you've ever had them elsewhere, like in Rhode Island. The flat saucy noodles lie below an abundance of tender beef and crunchy sweet bell peppers and onions. If you're into curry flavor, get the Singapore noodles. It's a dry vermicelli stir fry tossed in curry powder with meat and vegetables. For the cocktails, I'd recommend their Mai Tai. It's fruity and boozy! As for the customer service, they've always been nice and prompt. I can't complain about anything here. read more

We just love love love this place. I think everyone should go here. The people are so friendly. Delivery is always fast and fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Can I recommend though, ask people what condiments they want. We always waste the plastic silverware, napkins and soy sauce. We never use them. And I feel guilt about the waste. I've eaten here a few times before, but it's been at least a couple of years. The food then was "Ok". Came here tonight to try it again. I won't be back. I got a cocktail but after 2 sips found a dead fruit fly and asked for a different drink. While waiting for another drink, fruit flies were flying all around the table. I asked for boxes to take the food home. The owner said I was the only one to complain but also said "They're everywhere". He was really rude. The food was just "Ok". I live nearby and have ordered from this place, take out, several times. The food is OK. Sometimes the meat is tough. Other times, it's better. The other day I went in to pick up my take-out order, 60 bucks for four items and a side. They were having karaoke night. It sounded as if animals were dying. In pain. My wife and daughter came along for the trip. So my wife decides to have a beer at the bar while we wait. She orders one for my daughter, who is 22 years old. They ask for IDs for both people. But my daughter isn't at the bar so my wife says never mind. Then my wife leaves the bar area to join us near the counter. The bartender, manager, follows her out to the counter area with the two beers in his hand. He starts demanding my daughters ID. She says I don't want beer. Then my wife said something to her and she snapped back at my wife. I don't know if it was the language barrier, a really bad attitude, or piss in his cornflakes, maybe it was a combination of all three, but this jack ass kicked my daughter out of the restaurant... and very loudly. I guess this is how he treats paying customers. He follows them around, butts into their conversations, demands ID for a beer we don't want, then gets pissed off when we talk to each other. Disappointed. I order takeout from here for many years and they are always fast with delivery and food always stay consistent. The last 2 takeouts were not it though. First off, the pork fried rice that came in the combination plate was spoiled. You literally can smell the spoiled rice even before opening the plate. I tried to eat the appetizer that came with the rice but couldn't do it. The rice was definitely sitting there for quite sometime. Secondly, the Lo Mien was bland like the flavor was non existence in this dish. The fact that I ordered a large too is beyond me. I'm Asian so I could've easily whipped up a bomb bowl of mi goreng and it would've been fire! But that's my fault that I was lazy and thought ordering takeout is a better option. Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from here for awhile if ever again. Been here many, many times, used to be (and I emphasize USED TO BE) our go to place. So, where to start..... We could always overlook to horrible atmosphere and relatively uncleanliness. You had to kinda put your head down and endure a trip to the bathrooms. Although getting the chance to see the main office behind a petition in the dining room on the way was always comforting. We could always overlook the 5-10 regulars who all just seemed not right, for some reason. And there always seems to be a trainee there who struggled with the language and their complex menu. But lately, things have gone off the rail. It's always a crap shoot as to the amount of food you get when ordering a Pu-Pu Platter. Try bringing it up and the whole language thing kicks in and, well....just don't bother. They charge way too much to be wondering if you'll get a full order. One of the very nicest people there has since left, so this has really made a huge difference. She was terrific and will be missed. But I think last night was the final straw. There were about 10 people in the bar area, we were a group of 5. So that makes 15, if my math is correct. So...how many people working? Cooks? Check. Cranky Manager? Check. Bartenders/Waiters/Waitresses? Hmmmm. One. Brutal. No sense of urgency, no multi-tasking, no nothing. We left, never to go back. I had a horrible experience here. I specifically ordered the vegetarian Spring rolls and they sent me ones with meat. Thankfully, I called them and they sent new ones although I had already eaten half of one and I was already sick to my stomach. The topping on the cake here is that I ordered from their mobile app as opposed to over the phone since I assumed it would be easier due to the language barrier. They specifically have vegetarian spring rolls and apparently didn't care enough to check when they delivered them. On top of that, the curry dish that I ordered tasted like it had some sort of animal broth in it and also made me feel sick, not to mention that it tasted very bad As I am used to different types of curry dishes. There is no way they couldn't tell (they smelled funky as soon as I opened the carton but I didn't realize why) but they were delivered and I bit into 2 of them. About six months ago I gave up Chinese food. At the time it always seems so cheap, easy, and tasty, but it never really leaves you feeling all that great. It didn't hurt that the two of us couldn't find a place in the area that we both liked. A girl's night out left me to fend for myself for dinner and I decided to come out of retirement and try a new place. My call was greeted with the type of accent you'd expect, but while with some places you can almost feel your order being butchered right before your ears, this guy gave the impression that he understood every word and had no problem directing me through my combo platter choices. Sure enough, when I arrived I was given my food exactly as I had ordered it. Both of the folks behind the counter greeted me and seemed very polite. This place was off to a great start because communication issues and politeness have been very big areas of concern for us with two other local places. When I returned home and opened up my container I thought that the portion of general's chicken was pretty stingy, but it turns out there was a hidden cache under a huge pile of rice. The chicken was ok, but lacked that kick that I was expecting. The rice, while plentiful, was a little bit bland. I consider boneless spare ribs to be a pretty decent indicator of the food at a Chinese place. Some places give you tough little shards of pink meat. Some places give you fatty pieces of low quality meat covered in a weird sort of grease that coats the inside of your mouth. But at a good place, the boneless ribs are my favorite item on the menu. At Sinapore, the ribs were like the rest of the food on my plate; good, but nothing special. I'll give this place another try to sample something else on the menu, but with my recent track record it may be another six months before I take out Chinese again. read more

This place was ok! I would rate it at least 3 stars if they weren't renovating and having a huge draft of cold air coming through the doors. Staff was friendly but, seemed like they didn't know English well enough and had to repeat themselves a few times, just to make sure they knew what to get. I got the Pad Thai here which was very bland and had only a spicy taste to it. I probably won't be going here again because their are a ton of better options! read more

Staying at a local hotel. After reading the reviews, decided to give them a chance. Ordered Beef and black bean sauce chow foon, mu shi shrimp, scallion pancakes, peking ravioli, crab rangoon, hot and sour soup, and pork lo me in. The chow foon was fantastic, big pieces of flavorful beef, the black bean sauce was great. Scallion pancakes were best I have ever had and the peking ravioli(fried dumpling) were great. Hot and sour soup was good as well. My only complaint was the mu shi shrimp was not all that great. It was kind of sweet, not how our mu shi is in NJ. Needs more flavor and sauce. Returned with the family on a Friday night for a quick bite. The place was not at all crowded and we were seated immediately. We ordered a few of the dinner combination plates and one of the combo appetizer plates. In general the food is good. The kung pao chicken had a nice spicy kick to it. The appetizers were fine. And the price is right. I know people are picky about their Chinese, but this place isn't bad.. The service was the problem with this visit. The owner, Daniel, has got his act together. He's attentive, comes around to the tables to check if everything's ok. Nice to have that care from the owner. The waitstaff needs an improvement. We had to repeat our order a number of times due to language barriers, and it still came out wrong. As well as the fact we were seated and ordered before a number of other tables that were served before us. So.. I'll stick with my 4-star review for now, but Daniel should tune-up the waitstaff. read more

When it was time to pay for our food it was $43.60 for three people to eat... No alcohol was consumed at all and when I went to pay with my credit card the lady was like " no tip" I explained to her it was all the money I had on my card at the time yet I felt she was trying to strong arm and guilt trip us for a tip... Been getting delivery from Singapore for the past five years. The last couple of times things began to slide and tonight was the worst. First of all - if you place an order online and your food arrives 15 minutes later I think that is an indication that it is sitting around in warmers. There is no way in hell that an entire order was created and delivered in 15 minutes!! Everything was VERY dry and the pork rice we got was the worst we have ever had from there.....hardly any pork and the rice was also very dry. I do not know if there has been a management / owner change there but something is definitely wrong. FYI - we had chicken wings, chicken fingers, boneless spareribs (like shoe leather). Crab rangoon and beef teriyaki were ok and possibly made as soon as they received the order. I will give them another shot but after that, if this is the same quality, they are history. read more

I live extremely close to this restaurant, so I have all the incentives to want to like Singapore. Unfortunately, that will never be the case. The food here is inconsistent and shotty. My curry rice noodles that I ordered were overcooked and underseasoned. Their tofu dishes are good half of the time, but inedible the rest of it. Their hours online do not match the actual hours of operation. Worst of all, the man who seems to be in charge is incredibly rude, often intolerably so, and never remembers repeat customers like myself. I was here during a kareoke night on one occasion and someone tried to buy me a beer without my consent or knowledge. The man in charge then approached me with a beer, demanding my ID with hostility. I told him I didnt want the beer, but he continued to demand identification. Finally, in a flustered demeanor, I offered it to him...only to be screamed at (I'm of drinking age, by the way, so it wasn't an issue of legality). This guy needs to check his hearing, and his blood pressure, while he's at it. TL;DR If I were you, I would order anywhere but here. Consistently INconsistent. If you do come here, avoid the angry management with the not so great attitude. read more

Updating this review because they deserve it. I should have given them 5 stars from the beginning. This place is my number one favorite now. Hands down. Overall, their quality seems to vary from night to night but despite this, they are so so so goood! Prior to the pandemic we ate at Singapore every Friday night and are so happy they are still open for take-out because we would miss their great food! The staff is always friendly and we haven't had a meal there we didn't like; our grandkids beg to order from Singapore every time they spend the night because "it's the best and we don't live near them". I love that their combo plates come with your choice of several different rices or you can choose one of their lo meins instead of the rice at no extra cost. You definitely receive your money's worth; I get at least 3 meals out of one combo plate. Looking forward to being able to dine-in again! read more

I've giving this place 3 stars because the delivery was super fast. that being said, the food is barely alright. the fried rice doesn't have a lot of flavor, the chicken gso tastes like it was fried in the same oil as fish, I asked for a 3 out of 5 on the spice level and its not spicy at all. the crab rangoon is just cream cheese.
