Becareful if you get the basic pedicure because it's BASIC. No cuticle care and when it came to taking the pumice to my heals ( which needed it badly) she did 2 quick swipes. My nails were then quickly polished and my flip flops were immediately put on my feet. I was then told to get up and move to the drying table. The place was basically empty except for a young woman beside me. When I questioned them on why move because the place was empty I got a very angry stare from the woman and the man took offense and yelled at me. I immediately paid and left . Very unfriendly people. Had the worst experience here. I was there with an appointment and a women walked in 30 minutes after I had sat down. From then on the man who was doing my nails was rushing and doing a very sloppy job. I asked for a french tip and he didn't even get the old color completely off before starting to paint the tips so you could still see spots of red coming through. Every single nail was uneven and not shaped how I had asked. Wasn't covering the entire nail with polish leaving some edges bare. I was very kindly asking him to fix the shape before moving forward and he got very frustrated and told me to not come back. I walked out in tears. Horrible customer service, horrible job. I had gel on my nails and a regular polish on my toes... let me tell you , by far the worse mani/pedi I've had in a long time yet the most expensive ! It was unbelievable ... this guy who did my nails was almost falling asleep making me feel scared and uncomfortable... didn't even know how to file them, I had to asked him to put over another coat because they look all uneven ,,, he gave a feet massage with some okay scrub for a bit and guess what ?! That costed me $100 ! Hahaha wow! I've only paid that amount at exclusive spas with impecable jobs. I just couldn't believe it, anyways first and last time they will see my face. It appears majority of their customers do make reservations so hard to accommodate walk ins. Very friendly staff and service. Complimentary tea choice did green, jasmine or Oolong. Their polish choices are great and pretty fresh and new. My sister and I did the classic mani pedi which includes leg and arm massage and scrub. It also includes hot towel wrap service. They show videos of luxury resorts in Vietnam - beautiful and relaxing. Vietnam is now on our bucket places to visit. We sat and relaxed for an hour an half without being rushed out to leave. Clean and calm environment. Great find and highly recommend! Will definitely be our go to mani Pedi when in Tahoe! read more
