Stated multiple times that we are military and we have to be at our next duty station on a certain date and they said that we could pay for a specific pick up and drop off for extra cost and I called three days out before the day of pick up and they told me on the day of Pickup that there was no driver and that it would take at least three days window to get one we couldn't leave on the day we were supposed to leave and we had to find another carrier absolutely horrific and whether you call the local number in Naples or the 800 number it's still the same office with the same people telling you the same thing. And apparently I don't get a refund for my deposit. They have military discounts which we didn't get, but they don't way to refund military members for poor service. read more

They are absolutely terrible, they blew the delivery promise by 3 days so I had to get a greyhound 2 hours away to my travel nursing contract location. Then they didnt honor the 100 mile from original delivery destination without up charge promise. When I tried to call them out over multiple phone call including multiple in which the carrier company was merged in on the line, they placed me on holds which were auto disconnected. After that they blocked me from all monarch lines and left me with the 300 dollar upcharge from the carrier who had no idea why monarch would have set their delivery estimates as they did. The upcharge was for an extra hundred miles on an original 3000 mile NC to Washington trip with late delivery. Monarch representative was Sabrina Todd but based on my experience with all representative overall, I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I just reserved a transport. They called incessantly and had increased until I reserved. While I understand the prices can change based on the carrier, I was not called to inform me of the change in the cost, NOR a change in the date to a day before the car is available and they went ahead and booked the transport without informing me of the increased cost. They have the communication skills of a tennis ball and try to scam you out of more money saying their junk equipment is broken and they can't fix it , so, you have to pay for it. Then you get a different call from a different transport company that's supposed to be transporting for them, wanting more money. My original contract was $250 and a week later I'm still without said vehicle and them wanting $300 more. Called to get a quote on moving our camper. They have called us multiple times offering us prices that are $300-400 higher than the quote, which we have declined. Then they charged our card $284 for a deposit on a service we did not authorize or receive. We have called 5+ times over the last week trying to get this resolved and continue getting told they need to speak to "accounting" and never call us back. This place is a total scam, and is a horribly run business with zero communication to their customers. The customer service was non existent as their accounting department was always busy and never returned my phone calls over the course of 5 days. Their customer service representatives continued to give me the same run around with saying I canceled within a 3 day window as it says in their contract but in fact it was 5 days and there is no mention of a 3 day cancelation window. They promised to pick my car up within 3 days and on the third day they were still looking for a carrier. I called and cancelled (I decided to drive from VA to MI myself and pick the car up) and they assured me that because they were unable to find a carrier for me the deposit I paid that was showing as pending in my account would not go through and there would be no charge to me. I waited about a week and the deposit hard posted to my account. Instead of calling them back and dealing with their lies and false promises I just called my bank and disputed it. Do Not use this company, they took our deposit money got a driver to take my kids RV from Texas to Washington State if it were not for the air tag my kids put in the RV the driver took their RV to Houston and used excuse after excuse bad tires,etc then act like you gonna refund and then block your phone number. I booked Monarch to transport my fifthwheel 2 months in advance of needing the transport. After being assured I would receive the trailer at the destination on time I never heard back from the company. Customer service could never give me an answer about pickup. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I don't know how you can be in business when this is how you behave. The only positive is I got my $500 deposit back. Had a very nice motorcycle to move 220 miles in the midwest. Monarch did nothing but scam me with half assed drivers who were unable to accomplish this move with the proper equipment. I mandated the use of a wheel chock in the transport. Neither of the 2 potential drivers that showed up knew what this was or had one as requested. A 3rd driver never showed up at all. Brian doesn't know what is going on with the drivers and was no help at all. I requested my $200. down payment back but will never receive it. Avoid this company completely. Monarch booked my transport for a car I wanted transported. Deposit was 207.00. The carrier never called the first day and called 4 hours late the second day. Short story. By then I could not wait any longer. I cancelled the transportation . called many times for my deposit to be credited back to my credit card. So far no luck. read more

They are nothing but liars and thieves. Went to transport a vehicle and had to end up moving date to 2 weeks later because financing did not process with dealer like it was supposed to. I called to move and they said ok. They would give me a call or call them when the car will be transported. They then charged me a $154.22 charge for canceling. They said "they would credit it when I transported and not to worry". So I call set up the date with some one with a very heavy accent. He says the date is good and will look for driver. The next week rolls around one day left in my 3 day pick up window. I call and ask when they will pick up. The same guy with accent proceeds to lie and say I never called. Funny, I have phone records and everything that proves him a liar. They then proceeded to get very defensive and funny about the whole pickup and act like I canceled everything. Funny how their phone calls go right into my voicemail, and their phone number doesn't show up in my cell caller log. A legitimate business... they call, my cell rings, and the number shows up.
