Well, I can attest to this fact because this tailor did just that and even on a hanger, you can see what a poor job of tailoring it was. It was presented to me ironed and inside plastic. I was expecting for a fitting but they took my money and sent me on my way. I was very disappointed in the results. As tailors, they should know this simple alteration.
