I've been coming here for a while and the small and big mishaps finally weighed on me when I dry cleaned my suit for a wedding. I received my suit with stains on the jacket - horribly disappointed. I had a few items hemmed and thought the last items were due to the complexity of the task. The last two items was it for me. First she sewed the hem with a stitch that stood out and looked tacky. Then the last was stitched with a yarn that matched, per my request, but looked like surf waves. Ms. Nguyen / seamstress completely took her time with altering the dresses and knew exactly what I was asking of her to do. When I brought it in she knew exactly what to do. She told me anything on the bias needed special attention so the dress would drape properly.
