It arrive today and there's absolutely no way it's a medium--I couldn't get my arms through it. I asked someone who wears a small to try it on and they couldn't either. It has to be women's sizing. Finally, it was advertised with a full price of $800, making the discount I received seem sizable. The full price on the garment tag shows it as $500, not $800. Just incredibly disappointed with my whole experience and will never shop here again.

For the stock that was available - waited over a month with no arrival, contacted the carrier but was referred to the 'sender' as the shipping label was created but the item was still awaiting. Meaning the stock was potentially lost sometime in-between leaving the store and arriving at the post office. Tried to avoid leaving a review but am receiving minimal clarity in their email responses. Slowly accepting will probably have to accept the loss. 10/10 will never shop here again. Hopefully Quiet Mountain Cafe will choose an alternative store to release through next time. Appalling.

The stroller was a high end stroller valued at $400 but it was in great condition. These people value your item at a higher price, only to deduct from it every two weeks. I even checked frequently and they were lowering the price before the week has even ended. I do have screenshots too. Now the payout I got for my car seat was $7. After they deduct pickup fee and another $10 fee. The stroller is now being priced at $79, by the time someone buys it, I'll only get maybe $20 if I'm lucky. I could've and tried selling it myself, I only wanted $100 for both items. Also considered buying a stroller from them, or trading but after the deceitful tactics, no way. You can't even speak to a live person, red flag. They only communicate via email. Why? I'm sure you guys can't be that busy. I will never sell myself short again, doing business with these people. I bought a new nice CHicco stroller for $140 from Cookies. They've always been a great brand and good quality strollers. Save your items and business. On my Giant, they found a backwards jockey wheel, but I was also charged for derailleur adjustments multiple times and later learned the actual front shifting issue was a bent chainring. At one point it was suggested that I might not be shifting correctly, but the problem turned out to be mechanical. They also adjusted my saddle and stripped the bolt in the process. After multiple visits and additional issues, I lost confidence in the quality and completeness of the work.

I had to call to find out why I hadn't received something in a couple weeks and then again to figure out where his stem was. They never returned our calls, which meant I had to take extra time out of my day to call back numerous times. It is unfortunate that they are such a large distributor of Colnago bikes.
