The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.

Each time, they charged me far less than I would have expected given the level of effort they put in to giving me some piece of mind back. My house is over 100 years old and the septic system isn't much newer, yet they have always been able to fix clogs and determine what the root cause was each time. Once it was a broken pipe, once it was the outflow of the tank that was blocked, and once it was just a simple clog from too much paper of the wrong sort. They are extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about these systems. I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to recommend them to anyone else dealing with a very old septic system.

Shortly thereafter, Anthony called and walked me through how to get one of the pumps to work so we could use water for the day until he could come out tomorrow to inspect the pump that wasn't working. Anthony was patient and very knowledgeable walking me through the temporary steps over the phone to have the system function for the remainder of the day. Instead of trying to UP-sell me on a new system (at the excellent rate he estimated still would have cost me THOUSANDS by the way!) he was successful in rescuing my old system!
