He also does routine pump-outs, maintenance, and minor repairs. He is a great communicator; he answered any question I had quickly, was always on time, and always did what he said he would do. His office helped walk me through a low-interest loan process with CT Green Bank and Mutual Security Credit Union. Garrett dealt with the town and got our permits. He and his small team came, put in a new tank and leach field. They drained the old tank, crushed it, and filled in the hole. They pumped out the old leach field and replaced that soil. Their heavy equipment left big dents in our lawn, but the entire area was filled in with topsoil, seeded, and covered with straw. All in two days! He and his team seemed to barely need to speak to each other, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Garrett is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful, and hard-working.
