I've been a frequent visitor of this store for about 3 years. Super friendly staff. They greet me when I come in even if they are busy with other customers. I do my FFL transfers through them, they are always fast...unlike some places that can take 45 min to an hour, I'm usually in and out in 20 min and that's taking the time to chat about "things". would leave a 0 star review if could. came in to pick up my firearm, while filling out my form 4473, the other day I wrote the wrong address, came in the next day, corrected the address, even brought two forms of government photo id issued copies of my drivers license for proof. this terrible customer service representative by the name of jessica disrespectfully told me no I could not do that because I need to update my address when she does not know a lick of information about me. found ATF documented proof stating all I need is a government issued photo id in which the address written on the corrected newly issued form is acceptable. they're denying my purchase and terrible workers with no manager on duty. This place has not right to deny me a refund or a reissue of shipment to another ffl transfer. read more

I put a handgun on layaway at the end of March over the phone, since I live over an hour away. It was for a Used Glock 17 Gen 5 9mm with night sights. I saw the add on their Facebook page and thought it looked in great condition. In April went ahead and made another payment over the phone. Today, May 10th, I made the one and half hour journey to pay the rest off and pick up my new used gun. I got there paid the rest off filled out the required paperwork and left with my gun. I got into my truck and inspected the gun. The gun looked off to me. It looked in more rough condition than the picture on Facebook. I took a screenshot of the original FB post back in March so I had record of the gun I was buying. I looked at the picture to compare and it was not the same gun. The gun I left with had no front slide serrations, had different sights, appeared to have a notch cut out of the magwell, and was in rougher condition. So I went back inside the store and told them about it and pulled up the gun I put my money down on and all they could tell me is that they sold that one. The gun they actually sold to me ended up being a police trade in and that's why it looked in rough condition. They did end up giving me a full refund. I'm not sure if they knew what they were doing and did this on purpose and hope I didn't notice or they just completely screwed up somewhere. The only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is because they gave me the full refund and they were polite during the entire interaction. When buying handguns over the phone, make them give you the serial number of the gun you are buying so this doesn't happen to you. Picture one is the gun I wanted to buy and was making the layaway payments on. Picture two is the gun they tried to sell to me that ended up being not the same gun. read more

Would be less if possible. They advertised a gun $389 online. The picture showed a serial number of the gun. We drove over 4 hours to see the gun. When we walked in the store, the exact gun with a matching serial number was $200 higher. When questioned, the lady said that they use one picture for multiple guns and the gun in the ad was gone. But the gun in the picture was in the store??? Fair warning. They do not honor their ads. Shady dealer for sure. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! M & M Pawn advertised an item online that interested me so I drove to the store to examine it. Showed the clerk their online picture and he directed me to the item. It matched the serial number in the picture online and I decided to purchase. I was then told the purchase price was almost double in price than what was advertised online. The manager would not honor the online price even though the serial numbers matched. False advertising and unethical business practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

They were nice and helpful at first, but when I got my ps3 out of pawn it didn't work. I called and they wanted to factory reset my ps3 which meant I would loose everything and wouldn't receive compensation for the lost data. I had a lot of saved pictures, movies, and data on it. And they dont hesitate to speak in our latin language when needed compared to the other pawn shop in kyle where as my husband once whent in to make a payment on our layaway but the guy couldnt take his payment cause he didnt understand spanish.
