I would absolutely come back here when I'm passing through Idaho Falls! I love this place. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. They have a great cheap lunch special! You get a lot of food for a very small price. Rice and soup is also included in the lunch special. Seems to be a good local as well! Me and my husband went there for dinner tonight, and we both got our bowl of veggies, and our meat and noodles, my husband put the oils and stuff in my bowl and put in on the counter, the guy and the lady cook's proceeded to cook my food, when they were done, the male proceeded to tell the lady to put the remaining food in a to go container and proceeded to charge $2.00 dollars extra!! I would stop going out to eat there!! They not only raised their prices, but I believe that the male cook pockets the extra cash!! Nothing fancy at all in here but the food is always good. You can customize with whatever veggies, noodles and meat you want. You add everything to a bowl (3 different size bowls and price points) and then you add as many different sauce combinations into your bowl as you'd like and finally you hand it off to one of the grill cooks. Service is always great. The female waitress is always super nice and attentive. This is a great place to get food quickly if you have limited time. Just load your bowl, wait a few minutes for it to cook and then dig in. (I love this lately because you can limit carbs quite a bit going with just meat and veggies. Several of the sauces have sugar in them but you can add as little or as much as you'd like to control what you eat and it make it taste fantastic!) I wish they'd tidy and rearrange things some. The atmosphere is non existent and it feels like part of the dining room and all of the bathroom is some warehouse type storage. Other than that it's a great option for this type of food. read more

The food and service here is great. I really enjoyed the flavor of this BBQ! Good assortment variety of sauce and food to add to your dish. It's kinda hole in the wall place but worth it. I love this kind of food. It is unfortunate that I had just an "OK" experience at the Mongolian Grill. My thoughts: - Ambiance: 2, Very cluttered. Storage boxes and cleaning supplies were visible from the dining area. - Food: 4, Pretty good overall. I felt the selection was a bit limited compared to some other similar places I have been to, but it turned out to be quite tasty. The egg drop soup wasn't that great (I didn't finish it). I was surprised at the small amount of rice they brought to us. It was in a small bowl and the bowl was only partly full. It seemed an odd thing to scrimp on. - Value for the money; 3 About average for this type of establishment. I have been to all you can eat places that charge about the same price as this place does for just one time through the line. I walked away satisfied (I got the medium bowl), but not stuffed. - Service: 3. A bit below what I expected. It wasn't busy, but they were still understaffed. - Cleanliness: 2. The whole place felt like it could use a good deep cleaning. - Restrooms: 1. I don't think I have seen anything this bad since stopping at a highway gas station. It was dirty, run down, and broken. This is the best Mongolian with in a hundred miles! It doesn't look like much but it is so delicious!!

So the atmosphere isn't the best, but I came here for the food. I got the large bowl during lunch time, which came out to $11.99. It would've been nice if it was a dollar or two less expensive, but anyway, the food was delicious. I loaded up on the beef, and chicken, then added mushrooms, and a few other vegetables, as well as the oils / sauces of my choice. The cook is friendly. Also, had a bowl of soup and a bowl of rice waiting for me at my table, which was nice because I didn't really waste space in my bowl by adding noodles, so it was cool to have some carbs with the meal. I'm really sad to write this review because it used to be one of the best places in town. Apparently a lack of competition though has made them complacent. Not only have I suffered food poisoning due to the fact that they leave they're trays out without any refrigeration, last time I went in the entire staff was hiding in the back playing on there cell phones. There were 4 of us and we were being pretty noisy so I know they heard us. If you have to get a noodle bowl, just stay home and make it yourself. read more

We love this place. I can't eat here anymore (gluten) but my whole family loves it.. and I sure used to. It's kind of a hole in the wall, but it's affordable and yummy. Just had lunch here with my wife. The food is very good and the service was excellent. Their soup was great, however the rice was standard. The cook knows his stuff and even asks, if you want extra spicy on a scale of 1-10 how spicy would you like it. I had the 7, next time I'm going for 8 but that will be it. It was good. Lots to chose from and you get lots of food for your money. Make sure to put lots of meat in your bowl though byou cause it cooks down. Only complaint I would have is that the server and employees sort of ignores us. Very bad experience. Whole place is dirty and beat up. Only basic selection of vegetables and meat and one type of noodles..You can only go through buffet once, so people load up their bowls with towers of noodles which fall all over the place. The worst is the actual grill - it does not get cleaned after serving each person, so you get in your stir fry whatever the other people had before you. Two grill attendants move your stir fry around the grill in a circle, so my (vegetarian) food got all soaked with meat juices from the other meal and my husbands meal got extremely spicy from another person`s hot sauce. Come here if you want a quantity, but definately do not expect fresh or quality food. One good thing was that the server was nice- otherwise I was ready to walk out of this place (have never done it my life). read more

my wife and her girlfriends visited the restaurant tonight. my wife was sexually harassed as she was waiting for her food to be prepared by the cook. He told her that he makes women "squirt" all the time and then he asked her if she was going to tell her husband that he had made her "squirt". They told the manager and she did nothing to fix the situation. In fact they paid full price for their meal. I would not recommend visiting this establishment at any point in time and it's a good thing that I wasn't there or they would have one less cook under their employ.
