The morning of my 9am appointment, I tried to call twice but there was no answer. We pulled up and the gas station attendant said he would take the keys, told us where to park, and said that Prestige would call when my car was done. I never received a call. I tried to call 4 more times before we finally went back at 4:30 to see what was going on. My car was exactly where I had left it, untouched. They never even tried to call me. A full day wasted and my car wasn't even detailed.

The guy in there is the most personable and honest guy to work on all my cars. It's nice going somewhere and the staff remembers you and asks questions about your life. My mom, aunts, sister all know he's harmless and know if something is wrong with their car, this establishment and management will be upfront. I appreciate the business here and will continue to come back. The car wash has some of the best detailers. They know exactly how to make my car look brand new. I cannot complain about their services, and although it's an additional tip, It's worth the price. If you see something they missed (rare), they will make sure it's cleaned and taken care of. The owner / manager / attendant is rude, brash, disrespectful, and dismissive of customer complaints. He even goes so far as to point his finger in the customer's face. So your rims and tires won't get damaged like at other major car washes. Bad news bears! cough *Delta Sonic* cough - They're cheaper than the other "Unlimited" car washes. - They don't use harsh prewash or soaps. According to the General Manager, the only place they Hydrofluoric acid is in their rim cleaner section. Last I checked Delta Sonic still uses it in their soaps and pretreatment. Ever wonder why the wax on your car is stripped and has white crusty streaks. And residue after Delta Sonic? That's why... - They don't overcharge for exterior add ons. You just get them included in your package or you don't get them. - Their rim cleaner is a Hydrofluoric acid based touchless high pressure cleaning. Which is totally fine. It's better than a machine that bumps into your tires. I'm looking at you Delta Sonic. Bad idea. - No annoying dudes drying after you exit the wash to half a$$ the drying process and leave swirls marks all your paint. While begging for tips. Sorry, I don't tip you to damage my car. Cons: - They aren't touchless.... but... They use a super light foam type spinny brushes that actually do a pretty good job cleaning but also don't screw up your car. But be sure to fold in your mirrors for safety. The manager actually showed me the replacements brushed from storage to ease my concerns. - They use an automatic tire shine machine. I'm not a fan of anything automated that gets close to the car. So it's not included in my package. Head on over and try it. The manager gave me a free $10 wash to try it out. When I was done I was sold. No more damage to my custom rims and no more white crusty streaks from the acidic soap!

What sets this place apart is its affordability and the range of complimentary amenities it offers. They provide free access to vacuum cleaners, compressed air stations & floor mat cleaning machines. During the summer, they even offer complimentary water bottles with every wash or free microfiber towels & car fresheners on certain days. While the blow dryers are inept, they provide compressed air & I always keep a supply of microfiber towels in my trunk to ensure a thorough drying. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience has been positive. The staff here are consistently friendly & accommodating.
