The morning of my 9am appointment, I tried to call twice but there was no answer. We pulled up and the gas station attendant said he would take the keys, told us where to park, and said that Prestige would call when my car was done. I never received a call. I tried to call 4 more times before we finally went back at 4:30 to see what was going on. My car was exactly where I had left it, untouched. They never even tried to call me. A full day wasted and my car wasn't even detailed.

The guy in there is the most personable and honest guy to work on all my cars. My mom, aunts, sister all know he's harmless and know if something is wrong with their car, this establishment and management will be upfront.
