It's evident that she takes her time and pays attention to detail to achieve my desired look each and every time. I also took my 5 year old daughter for a cut and style today which Ambar did on her and needless to say, my daughter was delighted as I was with her results. When I returned to the owner to have it fixed, he was not capable of correcting it. There was no real solution, no confidence in fixing the mistake, and I was essentially left with a bad haircut. The reviews about Emma gave us a good feeling. We called Saturday morning and Emma was very busy, but was extremely nice and said she likes doing updo's and said she'd call back after work and said she'd be working late. I know why she was working late, she's very good and she sincerely wants to help everyone. The shop closes at 8 but she finished up at 8PM and called and said she'd fit Linda in at 1PM. As soon as we walked in the shop and she greeted us, and talked about Linda's updo we knew we were in the right place with the right person. Emma gave Linda an awesome updo! Thanks !!!
