I am a new patient of Dr. Monique Perez. I have had two appointments thus far, an initial visit for a brief introduction with a cursory exam and a second visit for a crown preparation. Her office is well run and staffed by friendly, professional and efficient people. Michelle and Kelly at the front desk were helpful and very professional. The communication from the office is concise and timely. Dr. Perez is overtly kind without coming off as saccharin at all. She was personable and professional in explaining all aspects of my procedure. She, and her able assistant Maria, set me at ease and performed my procedure perfectly and pain free. The Doctor and her staff seem to care greatly for their patients and work seamlessly together. Our dentist Monique and her staff are amazing! They're so friendly and professional! I love the fact that it's a smaller practice and you aren't waiting for 30 mins to be seen like you would at one of those larger corporate dental offices. My husband and I came here for our exams and cleanings and really appreciated the way we were treated. Oops - I used my teeth as vice grips over the weekend which resulted in a cracked front tooth. I called Dr. Perez's office at 8:00 a.m. and they found a way of squeezing me in that afternoon. My favorite dentist! It's been about a year since I've been coming here now and I'm so glad I switched from my previous dentist. I felt like my last dentist was nickel and diming me for unneeded services. Dr. Perez is so nice and her staff is as well. I guess you could say All In The Family applies to us because my entire family trusts our teeth to Dr. Perez and her team. She's always professional, cheery, and patient. When we have the occasional emergency (or perceived emergency), they always make room and fit us in. Warning - this is NOT one of those mill type places where you pay twenty five bucks for a cleaning and have to suffer through 100 other patients in the waiting room. This is a small family dentistry office in Pasadena open Monday through Thursday (yeah, Dr. Perez lets everyone have Fridays off) that truly gives personal attention to everyone. I'm a Doctor that dreads going to Doctor's visits but Dentists make me even more anxious. So not the case with Dr Perez. The 5 star experience starts the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by her friendly staff and the waiting area is inviting and not over crowded with patients. On my visit today, I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and then they brought me back to the exam area. Dr Perez has great bedside manner and is very efficient yet thorough. She has a way with putting patients at ease. I especially appreciate that she values the time of her patients. I have used dr Perez ever since she opened her practice and had good results until she informed me I needed to redo two crowns she had done years ago. So we made an appointment to have the work done but when I came in she refused to do the work without paying first , I've been going to her for years and this is the first time she had asked for this so she said she would re-schedule but I never heard from them so I called for a new appointment and by the time I came back in it had been a few months and she informed me the tooth was worse and now needed a root canal all this because she didn't trust a loyal client read more

Dr. Perez has been my dentist and my children's dentist for years, and we have always had a good experience when we come here. In fact, though we have moved a bit farther from her practice, she is worth the longer drive. I recommend her to all my friends and family and when I do I am confident they will have the same experience as I do. She always makes time for her patients, and she is both professional and friendly. The office is clean, parking is convenient, and there is little to no wait time for your appointments. Her staff is always smiling and warm and you can tell they are all genuine and caring professionals. I bring my small children here, too, and when my 8 year old recently had a cavity he was very nervous, but she was so sweet with him that he calmed down very quickly and had a great experience.
