Dusty sanitizer machine. Simple to wipe it down, obviously isn't being done. 10am on a Saturday.

I'm really conflicted about this place. On the one hand, my kids (5 and 3) had a fun time. On the other hand my adult overwhelming perspective is that it's not well-maintained and very dingy. We were here at 10am (opening) for a birthday party, and I was honestly shocked at how dirty things were at open. To me, that's a good sign that whatever cleaning is done at night and before opening isn't adequate, since there were literally 5 minutes between opening and when we arrived. Especially the bathrooms- they felt like gas station bathrooms at a small town gas station, not at all filling me with faith that these are even reasonably cleaned on a regular basis. It grossed me out that the eating areas and party rooms are carpeted, especially since at our party multiple kids spilled juice and pizza onto the floor. Yuck! At best that gets vacuumed, I doubt they even wet vac the carpets in here. There are about 4 larger inflatables for bigger kids, and 3 for younger kids with a dedicated soft play area for kids under 3. Sprinkled throughout are arcade games and prize machines, about 30% which weren't working. Looked like most games had at least $1/play, which I find outrageously expensive but about on par with other places. The inflatables themselves looked worn, with lots of visible wear and tear and stains. I think if this place spent some time and money updating the paint and floors, and really cleaning it would be much nicer. As it is I would say this place is just 'ok', if you have other options for indoor activities for your kids they might be a better choice.

Actually pissed me off. The bounce house smelled of actual monkeys and the sweaty children bumping into each other was a horrible sight to see. There's not even any monkeys. This is why the planet of the apes will kill us all

This place is pretty cool. Very affordable and there isn't a time limit. So for about $8 a kid it's great. You have to fill out the usual waiver and of course have grip socks or bring in some from before. I can say that it could be a little cooler in here bc the kids all come back flushed and dripping in sweat. I guess it's expected but still the air could be down some. I brought in water canteens so my kids could drink which really saves the day!! So if you can definitely bring your own. However if you don't they also have a small cafe where you can buy drinks, chips and snacks which are all affordable. Chips are $.99 and drinks $1-1.50 and they also have a small game/arcade area which u can't miss upon entry. They have a really good game selection also. Would bring kids again for some indoor fun out of the heat plus it's very affordable. The only downfall is that there is minimal supervision on the bouncy houses which can create some hazards for the kids who are all excitedly bouncy around. I guess that could fall on the adult/parent as well but would be nice if some staff were manning the different fun zones making sure anyone too big or too small isn't in the wrong areas bc it could go very wrong.

Very fun place clean bathroom, good pizza, food helpful worker Anthony was very helpful

    Look how filthy!!

This place is disgusting. No one watching their kids. Parents with shoes inside the baby area. The inflatables were dirty as hell!! We all came home and took bathes immediately. All the games were broken and didn't work. The baby area had kids way too big and the parents just allowing them in the baby area. They don't wipe down Anything!! The inflatables had holes all over them. You couldn't even slide down the slides. Just super crappy waste of money and the only thing we did in that dirty place was build our immune system. Pics attached!!

This place is DIRTY! When you arrive at 10 AM and are the first one in the place, the trash from the day before should be picked up. So I also take it that they don't clean the inflatables since they cannot pick up the trash. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

My little monkey cheesing it for the "Yelpy".

Not a bad spot to pass the time. The activities do run out kind of fast. By that i mean the bounce house selection. There are about 5-6 things my daughter was able to do and then she had to make her rounds again. She had fun nonetheless. Arcade was a miss. A lot of games were not working. Some games take quarters (the little room in the corner). Price is reasonable $10 plus tax ain't bad for about an hour and a half of bouncing. The entrance fee is for all day but we checked out after my daughter didn't have anything else to explore. Food prices seemed to be reasonable. Staff was decent. Cleanliness was 8/10. I would be fine coming back again when I'm in the area.

It's not like I actually like coming to places like this, but I'm going to go ahead and give them five stars. 1st Star: for the convenient location and hours 2nd Star: for tiring out my energetic kid on hot summer days. 3rd Star: for keeping things safe and well maintained. 4th Star: for having reasonable prices. 5th Star: for the friendly staff. Anyway, this place is a great and easy way to kill time on hot and/or rainy days.

A lot of fun for young children that like bounce houses. The staff were friendly, but some of the attractions appeared under inflated.

To any bride out there that is anoxious about your big day and wanting everything planned out I would not recommend Chloe. I texted her and emailed her my email was not responded to so I texted her at 6pm she responded in the most rude way. Not to mention she went on her social media account and posted the text and defamed my character by stating I didn't have any etiquette skills. Now if someone is in there feelings about you because a conversation didn't go their way or because you didn't address them to their liking and decides to go on social media to be little the next person is not a person I would do business with. She stated she can teach proper etiquette and her next post stated "pop off " whatever that means. Then she made a video saying she was super busy how are you busy and addressing someone via social media?!? Instead of carrying on? Girl sit down be humble I hope everyone can find this review helpful. Being an anxious bride and making sure your big day is special you may not always approach people to their liking but at the end of the day the customer should still be respected, and not talked about via social media. I have uploaded pictures and text thread to this review as well. This is a truthful and honest review. Keep in mind You're never too important to be nice to people

I went here for a 65th birthday celebration, and I think the space was well suited for the occasion. I believe I saw a sign saying capacity was about 85 people, so I think this space is great birthday parties, corporate events, etc., but as far as a wedding venue, it's a bit too typical-reception-hall-ish for my taste. Some things were a bit dated (gold trim around the chandeliers, parquet dance floor), but the windows allowed for aesthetically pleasing elements. The dance floor, by the way is large and in charge, so it's definitely conducive to partying. Staff was efficient. Overall, if you're not looking for anything especially scenic or unique, this seems like a fine place to host a party.

Unfortunately, we did not receive what was promised. From the moment I booked, communication was almost nonexistent. I never received a confirmation email, receipt, or follow-up about the party. A week before the event, I had to call myself just to ask what colors I had selected because there was no way to review my booking details. I was told to email photos, colors, and the "vibe" I wanted for the theme ("Harrison & Co."), which I immediately did. I received no response. Two days before the party, I called again to confirm the owner had received the email, and I was told yes. The day before the party, my mom called because I was nervous about the lack of communication, especially with a unique theme. Gabrielle told us she usually does confirmation calls 72 hours in advance (which we never received) and assured us everything was understood and we could "just show up and enjoy the party." I also dropped off additional decorations the day before, including a banner and photo table pieces of my son. When I originally booked months earlier, I specifically asked what decorations would be included because I wanted to know what I needed to provide myself. I was told the package would include things like a banner, balloon arch, backdrop, table toppers, number balloon, tablecloths, plates, and more within a $140 decoration budget. When we arrived, the room was extremely underwhelming and honestly disappointing. The only banner displayed was the one I brought myself. The only table decorations used were the photos I provided. There was one small basic balloon arch, a number balloon, tablecloths, and plates still sitting in the Family Dollar wrapper instead of set out on the tables. The room looked bare. What made this more disappointing is that the "Just Show Up" parties shown on their social media look nothing like what we received. I had also recently attended my niece's party there and saw firsthand how much more effort, decoration, and detail went into her event compared to ours. There was also no party host throughout the event. My friend passed out pizza, my sister cut and served cake, and my family cleaned the room ourselves. Right as we were almost finished cleaning, Gabrielle walked in and told us we didn't need to clean because she would do it. I chose not to address the decoration issues during the party because I wanted to focus on enjoying my son's first birthday instead of dealing with conflict during the event. At the end of the party, my mom respectfully explained to Gabrielle that while we would still pay in full, we did not receive the services we paid for. There were no frozen treats provided, no host, and the decorations were nowhere near what had been advertised or described to us when booking. Gabrielle repeatedly responded by saying she had a $140 budget and "didn't know what direction she was allowed to go in" because it wasn't a basic Disney theme... despite having three months to contact us for clarification. She also kept reducing our concerns down to "so you wanted more balloons," which completely missed the point. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. There was no genuine apology, no offer to make it right, no discount, no complimentary pass, nothing.. despite the fact that several advertised services were not provided. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after paying a premium price for an stress-free "Just Show Up" experience, this was incredibly disappointing. Even more disappointing considering I was a regular customer frequenting at least once a week.. I will never be going back.
