Actually pissed me off. The bounce house smelled of actual monkeys and the sweaty children bumping into each other was a horrible sight to see. There's not even any monkeys. This is why the planet of the apes will kill us all

This place is pretty cool. Very affordable and there isn't a time limit. So for about $8 a kid it's great. You have to fill out the usual waiver and of course have grip socks or bring in some from before. I can say that it could be a little cooler in here bc the kids all come back flushed and dripping in sweat. I guess it's expected but still the air could be down some. I brought in water canteens so my kids could drink which really saves the day!! So if you can definitely bring your own. However if you don't they also have a small cafe where you can buy drinks, chips and snacks which are all affordable. Chips are $.99 and drinks $1-1.50 and they also have a small game/arcade area which u can't miss upon entry. They have a really good game selection also. Would bring kids again for some indoor fun out of the heat plus it's very affordable. The only downfall is that there is minimal supervision on the bouncy houses which can create some hazards for the kids who are all excitedly bouncy around. I guess that could fall on the adult/parent as well but would be nice if some staff were manning the different fun zones making sure anyone too big or too small isn't in the wrong areas bc it could go very wrong.

This place is DIRTY! When you arrive at 10 AM and are the first one in the place, the trash from the day before should be picked up. So I also take it that they don't clean the inflatables since they cannot pick up the trash. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

    Look how filthy!!

This place is disgusting. No one watching their kids. Parents with shoes inside the baby area. The inflatables were dirty as hell!! We all came home and took bathes immediately. All the games were broken and didn't work. The baby area had kids way too big and the parents just allowing them in the baby area. They don't wipe down Anything!! The inflatables had holes all over them. You couldn't even slide down the slides. Just super crappy waste of money and the only thing we did in that dirty place was build our immune system. Pics attached!!

My little monkey cheesing it for the "Yelpy".

Not a bad spot to pass the time. The activities do run out kind of fast. By that i mean the bounce house selection. There are about 5-6 things my daughter was able to do and then she had to make her rounds again. She had fun nonetheless. Arcade was a miss. A lot of games were not working. Some games take quarters (the little room in the corner). Price is reasonable $10 plus tax ain't bad for about an hour and a half of bouncing. The entrance fee is for all day but we checked out after my daughter didn't have anything else to explore. Food prices seemed to be reasonable. Staff was decent. Cleanliness was 8/10. I would be fine coming back again when I'm in the area.

It's not like I actually like coming to places like this, but I'm going to go ahead and give them five stars. 1st Star: for the convenient location and hours 2nd Star: for tiring out my energetic kid on hot summer days. 3rd Star: for keeping things safe and well maintained. 4th Star: for having reasonable prices. 5th Star: for the friendly staff. Anyway, this place is a great and easy way to kill time on hot and/or rainy days.

I've been here once and I WILL be back…read more First of all, I have a toddler who NEVER stops moving. So this was absolutely the best place to take him before nap time. We met up with my mom, sister, and niece so the kids could play. This was fun for both my two year-old and my six year-old niece. I definitely think that it's geared towards the younger ones... which they make perfectly clear. We reserved a spot from 11-1 which was a good time. It was busy and there weren't very many places to sit. People had tables reserved with their stuff which was a little frustrating since they weren't sitting there. The whole time we were there we saw at least two or three tables that had items on them, but no people. I think it would be nice if they had cubbies or containers... some sort of spot where people can leave their stuff and go hang out with their kids without blocking tables for those who plan on actually sitting at them. It's a great place to be able to have some coffee either by yourself or with a friend while your child(ren) play. They do have some small bites you can order as well as snacks for kids. They specify that you are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks. Of course water is the exception here as basically everyone had their giant tumblers as well as smaller ones for the kiddos. You're also allowed to bring things like baby food and whatever toddler snacks you keep in your bag at any given time. While they say no outside for or drinks are allowed, we DID see two moms who each had a toddler and a baby that brought in Chick-fil-A. They both had strollers since they had little bitty babies. So they could've snuck the food in, I don't know. They were already there when I arrived. So they either don't care that much or the two employees I saw were too busy to notice or care. I don't know how many people were working that day, but I into saw two. One was working like crazy trying to get all the drinks and food made for everyone while the other was in the play area trying to keep an eye on everything there. They were both working hard. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and extremely helpful. Especially when I was having a hard time getting the waiver signed online. She was very patient and made our first trip here very pleasant. They do offer party packages for events like birthdays as well as private rooms where you can work for a couple hours while your child plays... for an extra fee, of course. All in all, this place is great. I'm looking forward to our next trip. My coffee was delicious. My son liked his kolache - or hot dog as he called it lol. He had fun. My niece had fun. We will be back!

However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it. If you want to do something different for your child, then I would recommend this place!

From the start, everyone is required to remove their shoes before entering the play space. There are plenty of seating areas for the adults to supervise their children at each section of the playspace. It is sectioned off based on age, so you don't have toddlers running over infants. The party room was quiet and spacious, and the attendant was very polite and attentive to the host family's requests. One practice that this place has for birthdays is to call the group to the dance floor for a dance party before transitioning into the party room. I think it's really thoughtful as the kids aren't abruptly pulled from playing straight into the party room, providing an organic transition. Throughout our time here, I saw workers vacuuming the floors and cleaning the common areas. There is a coffee counter in the back with drinks for purchase as well as concessions for sale in the front. The bathrooms were immaculate. Since everyone is wearing socks, they provide foot coverings at the bathroom entrance. Lastly, a very unexpected bonus was the Lactation Room that my bride discovered that is quietly tucked in the back, fully furnished with a recliner, soft lighting, changing table, sink, bottle warmer, outlets, and even a small bench for additional children. I would 10/10 recommend this place for a playdate or hosting a birthday party.

We had a problem where some of our fish died (supplied by another store) and we called T & T. They said to just bring some water in and they would analyze it.. FOR FREE. They did just that and told us what was wrong. Our Nitrites were way too high. They said 'we could sell you a bunch of stuff, but what you need is a massive water change'. I appreciated how they were very helpful and didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff that would have made a negligible difference. I have also found that everything I used to buy at Fish Ranch (off of 59) is just a little cheaper at T & T. As we all know, service is often the difference and here it makes a huge difference!

After bringing them home, they infected our well established tank and killed all of the fish but one, which we are trying to save. Petco does not have the safety protocols T&T has. The room was decorated with balloons and already had a Happy Birthday sign as you enter and on the back wall! Table was set up for the guests, including napkins, paper plates, and utensils! All guests were required to bounce, including the adults and counted towards the total headcount, even if they didn't participate! So sad cause the grandparents definitely didn't jump! The venue itself is nice and new, and kept clean! There's a giant bounce house, a small arcade area, and a small prize room from the arcade games! We were able to show up 15 minutes early to set up, and no sooner, even if they didn't have previous guests in the room! They literally had us waiting in the lobby until the minute! They did provide carts cause we brought in additional pizzas, drinks and snacks for the kiddos! The party host helped us unload the drinks and stuff in the room, and there was a decent size fridge in the room to keep things cold as well! The kids had an amazing time!! Everyone was sweaty within the hour! Even the adults had fun, at the least the ones that participated. They announced the cake and everyone came back to the room! A giant mascot, with the biggest head (he had to walk sideways to enter the party room ^_^ which was hilarious), came into the room to give my son a present and take photos with the birthday boy and his friends! They even printed two and framed it as a surprise at the end! Super sweet and a nice unexpected surprise! Then came the cake.. we had candles and they brought us a lighter but forgot the knife! That plastic knife doesn't work very well.. I wish they'd offer something sturdier! The party host we had was ok - not the most attentive and most times we couldn't even find her around. The designated host should be nearby, especially during cake time! Overall, we had an amazing time and I think it made a memorable party! My son absolutely loved it and was so sad when it ended. I was hoping we'd get some tickets to makeup for those that weren't used, from our 40.. the party host told us she would ask and they said it was a possibility when I called to book, but nothing ever came of this. We did get a small card for arcade games.. not much for the price of the party and those arcades take way too many points for what they are! We also got 3 tickets to come back, included in our package. We had fun and a few things would've made it even better - but overall a successful party and having everything provided made it so easy! Kids and adults alike had a blast, I recommend for anyone thinking of a day trip or a party venue for kids! I even had some young teens here who said they didn't expect to have fun but did! Winning!

A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places.
