I told the technician I wasn't going to leave a bad review online but after finding out the real reason of my problem that he couldn't fix at 2 attempts it leaves me no other choice. I never saw the "video" of the 1st attempt and all he was doing was trying sell me a $2000 hydronic flush or something like that. The tech came out and snaked and took video of the toilet line. He said it's all under water and there's nothing he can do and that will be $782. He actually left and my plumbing problems were 10 times worse. Before his visit we found flush a slow toilet but still flushable. After ye left, we couldn't use anything. So after he left I went into the bathroom to see and the toilet was running test water everywhere. I had 3 inches of water all over the floor. He returned quickly and worked on it with no repairs. Once again we can't use anything and at that point the supervisor was called and they agreed to snake the other toilet. He worked on it for hours the 1st day and a few the second day and he said he discovered a break in my sewer line and even put an x where he said it was broken on the street. I told him I had a Warranty for that so I called them. Home serve was here all of 45 mins and fixed the problem. No break in the line.
