The guy working was more than happy to help me with a walk-in tire rotation. Even informed which tires were at what pressure when I was checking out. More than that, a customer came in needing brake help and they don't do that there, but he nicely recommended the spot she needed. (I will probably call to ask what place that was if I need brake work...) Even more than that, I had a strange issue with a spare tire I had that was mounted on an aftermarket rim, and he was more than patient at explaining to me the specific lug nuts I needed to get. I was more than ready to buy a different rim, or a replacement donut, but he spent extra time just to save me money. Pretty much a perfect tire shop. I don't write many yelp reviews, but I basically had to after my experience this morning. Oh, and as far as getting there, it is on an awkward part of Asbury Circle, and since I had a little extra time, I cut over to Asbury Ave before the traffic circle and it was super easy to get into the parking lot.

I took it to MAVIS A for them to see what the problem was and come to find out the used tire that these people installed was NOT EVEN ON THE RIM. The Mavis General manager stated the tire could have come off and how were they going to explain that to my family. I would not recommend at all. I asked for a refund and was turned away. Poor Service.

Frankie himself did the work, calls me midway through With the part on the car, but couldn't complete the Task of putting the other components back together. Instead of being honest and telling me that he couldn't do it, he tells me that the part I ordered was the wrong part. Frankie then put my vehicle back Together and charges me full price for labor. I took my vehicle to another place that evening, who put the part on The next day. The same exact part that I took to Frankie . The person that did the work at the new shop also informed me that Frankie didn't put The axle nut back on my car and that I was driving around dangerously without it. I had to wait a whole nother day for the new place to order The axle nut from the dealer before i could get my car back. I went back to Frankie's extreme to explain this and to ask for refund.
