Have been around for 3 months in different dealerships trying to get this car fixed brought it here to Monroe tire was hesitant because the way it was in the past but with this new manager Jimmy and his staff this place has done a complete 180 turn around I have to say if I'm doing a survey there's a reason. They say free OVERALL inspection but but didn't even see the missing tail pipe. Multiple times I asked so you can tell me EVERYTHING wrong with it and he said yes but got rude when he was done and said you wasn't Specifically enough!!! I paid 50$ for a cheepest oil change and the didn't have enough time to even put my oil cap back on... they broke one of my tire caps and left it in floor bored and forgot to give my key back!! And as soon as I walk in I here him arguing with an unsatisfactory customer!! Over all this place don't care about your car never in my life will I trust them to hand my keys over to them read more

Avoid this place like the PLAGUE. I had a broken brake line and towed my wife's car to them. I specifically asked "Hey can you get this in today? If not I'll get it fixed down the road." They said yes. "Sure we can get this in today." They lied. That was on Tues morning around 815 or so. I didn't find what was going on till 1pm TODAY thursday. I am STILL waiting on this to be done. Dealing with thier corporate office is a f**king nightmare. This a two hour job if you know what you're doing. A 4-5 if you've never done this. 3 1/2 day turn around? WTF. I took my car there and the old guy up front Dave was a rude perv. The front smelled like a boys locker room mixed with wet dog and visibly dirt in every corner. I only wanted a full synthetic oil change I said I didn't care if they took the tires off but I don't want them moved from their position (no rotate) and if there was anything wrong to let me know. I work at a dealership I know how to work on cars I just take this car to shops to see if they actually do what MAP guidelines they say they abide by and this store absolutely does not. My cabin air filter was not checked, they said I had no damage on the front or side of my car and there is damage, my battery was not tested he said I needed a new battery but the print out he gave me said it was 345/650cca my battery is 750cca, he originally said my oils change would be around $100 on the phone my total came to $178.43 all that was done was an oil change with 4.5qts of oil the oil change should've been around $114. I went on a hot tuesday so I was in shorts and a t shirt (shorts went past my fingertips and the shirt was a men's crew neck so I was fully covered) when I dropped my car off but he wouldn't stop trying to talk to me asking me about my day where I work (granted I lied to him about my employment) what I like in my free time and all kinds of almost to personal question to the point I had to bring my boyfriend back to pick up my car and when I paid he basically threw the keys on the counter and walked into the shop. I tried to ask if anything was found with my car he very quickly and almost with a shitty tone said nothing wrong just an oil change. I will never return to this store, I also truly hope they get rid of this man he should not have access to money and the public if he acts like that with everyone which is what I've heard why I took it there. These people are charging for work, but not actually doing it and we have proof this time. My son took one of our cars in for a oil change and tire rotation. One of the tires was newer and by a different manufacturer, and we new it was it was on the front passenger side going in so we could see when he brought the vehicle home whether or not they had actually rotated the tires. My son paid for the service. They told him they rotated the tires and even made mention of how much tread was left to him at check out. But when he got home, the tire was in the same place...it had not been rotated. This is not the first time either. However, it will be the last time we go there and we will be reporting them to corporate. read more

Bad service and employee, I put my car into shop to be serviced Sunday night. I called them 7:45 am Monday, told them the problem and let them know I needed my car to go to work Tuesday. He never called me to let me know the part they sent was the wrong part and he would not be able to repair till Tuesday. My granddaughter sent me an Uber about 6:30 to get to Monro tire since I hadn't heard from him and they close at 7 pm. When I got there he was with another customer, and that's when I found out he had gotten the wrong part. and my car was not serviced. I will miss a days pay because he had no car to let me use and my car was still down. This Monro guy was upset because I complained in front of his customer who had a tire replaced. I needed an air compresser and serpenten belt replaced, telling me it would cost 900.00 plus. He never called me to let me know anything. This was a bad experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. read more
