Made an appointment online for 11am for oil change and inspection for something I thought was wrong. Not only did they actually start at 11 but it didn't take 8 hours. This is the first time I've been to a tire discounters for an oil change and it's taken less than 2 hours. Wasn't even there for an hour. I would also like to add I went to this location with low air in my tire and they put air in it. Unlike the other location that had me waiting for 7+ hours and couldn't be bothered to put air into my tire.

I ordered tires, had an appointment, but when I came, the store returned the tires and had to have them sent in while I waited. They did not tell me there was an issue until I waited for 3 hours and then waited another 2 hours before they were installed. Another instance, I had an appointment for a rotation. I waited over an hour and they never took my vehicle back for service. I asked the desk and they just told me "I was in line". I shouldn't have to wait an hour just to get into my appointment. I left and went to another location and they took me right in without an appointment.

Having done my own oil changes all my life, life gets in the way and automotive makers make it a little bit more difficult for the do-it-yourself kind of person. Valvoline instant oil change makes this easy. Sure, and you pay a little bit, but it's worth the money. This great expert, courteous and thorough team always gets the job done right . The 1st time!. Would I come back? Yes, emphatically! This is my number one place for an oil change. Tip: Get there early, even before they open, on the weekends. There is always the risk of a wait because it's first come, first serve. Also, if you have a hard to find or not always stocked oil filter, you may want to check and see if they have it in stock. I've only had this happen once, so I always make sure to have one in the trunk in case they don't have it. Additionally - They'll push for the synthetics. Always consult with your vehicle OEM recommended oil! Lastly - They'll check your air filter. These are typically very cheap to buy at an auto parts store and very easy to install. They won't push it if you don't need it. However, they will check it. If you don't mind taking a few minutes and doing it yourself, you can save a few dollars.

I came in for a simple alignment check and was told it would be about a 20-minute wait. Two hours…read morelater, I was still sitting there. During that time, I watched several people who came in after me (and who admitted they didn't have appointments) get taken back ahead of me. When I asked if someone had forgotten about me, I was told there were other appointments in front of me. I understand appointments take priority, but it doesn't make sense that walk-ins who arrived after me were still being seen before I was. At that point, I asked for my keys back. If I had been told up front that it would take two hours, I never would have waited. Giving customers unrealistic timeframes and failing to communicate is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on customer service. Please be honest and transparent about wait times so people can make informed decisions instead of being left sitting and ignored.
