Recently had my car serviced for shaking while driving over 50mph. They diagnosed my car right away - belt snapped and I needed new tires. Fred the store manager was amazing as always! Got right on it to get me new tires and they installed them first thing the next day, aligned, balanced, etc. my car rides like it's brand new now! Not only amazing service but I never feel like I'm being juiced out of money which is a fear I have after other bad experiences at other mechanics. Absolutely terrible. I had my cv shafts done here and apparently when putting the tire back on they decided to put a lug nut back on that didn't fit. I would have glady paid whatever meager amount of money it would have cost to replace it. Instead, someone decided they were going to bang it back on with some kind of instrument. Which I can only guess was a hammer. Of course, I don't typically inspect the lug nuts on my tires so I go along on my merry way. A short time after it becomes apparent I need brakes. So, no one has touched any of the tires since the work I had done at Munro. And even since the time before that as they had rotated my tires a few months prior. My father goes to take off the front tires to do the brakes is completely astonished of how they even got this lug nut back on and ALMOST can't get it off. He replaces it with one that fits, although at this point the post is stripped and was prior to him even taking off the tire. Fast forward to another month or so later when I get a flat tire. Triple A comes and the guy attempts to take off the lug nut off the post that Munro has basically destroyed and, of course, lucky me, the post breaks off entirely. Take it to Town Fair Tires and no, my car doesn't have one of those posts that can easily be replaced, they have to replace the entire hub inside of the wheel. So, when all was said and done the $600 ish dollars I spent to have my CV shafts done at Munro ultimately cost me well over $1,000.00 in additional work and in time missed from work simply because someone was too lazy to put the right lug nut on the tire. I imagine it took more effort to bang the one on that didn't fit than it would have been to simply put one on that fit. And trust me, I would have glady incurred any expense associated with that rather than go through the hell that they caused me. Check the pictures for a photo of the lug nut. Stay away. I went to this location to have a state inspection completed. My vehicle failed due to the ball joints being out of compliance. The vehicle was examined by my own mechanic, who found that the ball joints were not out of compliance. This was subsequently confirmed by the inspector at the State of Rhode Island who was able to pass the vehicle. read more

Absolutely Awful. 5 Trips for a GD Oil Change. Strip oil plug and blamed on me. Retreaded oil plug still leaked. Ordered oil pan and installed. On the day they installed oil pan, oil starts leaking from gasket. Same day 3 more hours for reinstalling oil pan. Worker bees are ok. Managers with aditude not needed. read more

I came in today with a car that needed new rotors and overall brake service/ tire adjustment. There were two men working who treated both me and my father with kindness and respect. We went in around 3:30pm and although they close at 6...they efficiently got the job done within 1.5 hours. The pricing was fair for what was done to the car and the willingness of the employees to help quickly was very much appreciated. If I need car servicing again I will definitely be back. I must give this place 5 stars for there honesty. I went in there for an alignment and rather then do the work and charge me he lifted my car, saw numerous things wrong and told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable charging me for an alignment unless the other issues were fixed first.....THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY. read more

My wife brought her car to Monro on Post Road in Warwick, RI on 5/21/18 for an overheating problem. This place charged my wife $347.82 for a radiator hose that retails for $50! Absolute fraud! They told her it's an expensive part, they need to be shut down for doing things like this! This is totally uncalled for doing things like this because they think the customer is dumb and doesn't know the difference. read more

I was kind of skeptical before actually walk in for tire replacement. I always buy tires online instead buying locally. Anyway. Long story short. They takes less time to replace tires compare to Firestone a cross from this guys. Also, last time Firestone was struggle balancing tires(went there 3times, after that I said "f it) but this guys doing right job on first place. Waiting area (barely called)is not that great but they offer me much need DD coffee for free. Actually I paid guy who runs for coffee but give me my money back. Overall I couldn't be happier to find my self best place that I could trust to fix my car. I definitely doing business with them again. Don't go to Firestone and pepboys, they are really sucks. read more

We are new in town and this place was highly recommended. Wonderful experience taking my car in for AC repair. The staff and John were very professional and fixed my car up quickly. I couldn't believe the repair was done same day despite having to order a part. Not that anyone is excited or happy to take their car in for repairs, but they made the experience a little more enjoyable and I am glad I have somewhere to go now. read more
