After checking out about 5 other Jeep Dealerships in the Pittsburgh area that were either a.) too pushy, b.) wouldn't work with me at all - I decided to check out Monroeville after I saw their HUGE inventory online. As soon as I pulled into the dealership lot I was greeted immediately by Greg. He was so friendly & helpful and asked if I was looking for something specific. I told him what I was looking for & he told me to jump one of their mini vans parked out front & he would ride me around the lot & show me the available vehicles - now that's service! I couldn't believe how many vehicles this dealership has - front lot, behind the building, and then even MORE up on a hill that sits behind the building. Greg was super knowledgeable about all the features on every Grand Cherokee model and quickly knew where each color/model existed on the lot. Greg was not pushy whatsoever as I made it clear the vehicle I wanted & the price range I needed to be in. He made the entire process so easy on me and within 24 hours I was driving home in my new Jeep. I can say with confidence, this is perhaps the only dealership in the surrounding Pittsburgh area that will work with you (within reason) to get your dream Jeep & stay within your budget. They were willing to line out a ton of options for me and were great at explaining what everything was. Too many other dealerships in the area will tell you one monthly price and then (probably purposely) neglect to tell you that price does NOT include tax - which is an awful sales tactic that other dealerships in the area do.. but not Monroeville! Chad, the GM, was also easily accessible & super helpful throughout the process as well. Mike, their finance guy, was very knowledgeable about all the paperwork signed for the lease & was able to answer all my questions. He was extremely organized and made the tedious process of signing all the paperwork quick & efficient! The whole process was seamless & I felt like I was buying from genuine people who wanted to truly help me. I have owned my Jeep for over 5 years and put over 85,000 miles on. As a trained engineer having spent the past ten years operating and maintaining industrial machinery, my standards are high when I take a vehicle in for service. I have had maintenance performed at Jeep dealerships across the country - from New Hampshire and the greater Boston area, to San Diego and several around Pittsburgh - and the crew at Monroeville Jeep has been the best in the business. They recently resolved a maintenance issue that I have been laughed out of other dealerships for raising. A special thanks to John Am*** (redacted for his privacy) for the professionalism and tenacity to chase down the solution to that issue. I have had bodywork performed in their shop as well as receiving assistance when pursuing warranty claims. Every encounter has been handled fairly and honestly with an obvious effort on the part of the staff to take their jobs seriously and perform their best. I am not a special customer - I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership and receive no special treatment. Their staff has a good value system and it seems the management of the dealership encourages the employees to exercise behavior associated with these values, as opposed to caving in to commercial enterprise pressures. After an entire day of shopping for a much needed new car. My family and I decided to stop in. We understood it was nearing 5 pm on a Saturday but thought maybe if we saw something nice we could come back out on Monday. But to our surprise Greg a sales associate was immediately attentive and took us out to show us three Jeeps. One which caught our attention. He offered a test ride, and I feel in love with the 2015 Jeep Compass. By the time we wrapped with the test drive it was after 6 p.m., but he reassured us that if we were interested he would stay. I came to this dealership because of mail I received from them claiming that they could help me into a new vehicle. Monroeville Chrysler Jeep definitely held true to the flyer. The car I was currently in...well I got taken for a ride by that dealership high payments extremely high interest rate, plus the car kept breaking down. After a year and a half, two engines and countless other problems I had to pay out of pocket to fix I had enough. David King was amazing not only did he get me out from under that horrible vehicle, payment, interest rate etc... But he got me into a brand new jeep with a good payment for the loan amount, that was financed on site and in about an hour. Also I got a great interest rate along with it!! read more

First off I rarely take the time to write reviews online but it was warranted here. I had a great experience here working with them on a lease for my girlfriend. I really dislike the "Is this low enough?" back and forth as the price magically comes down. I did not have to go through that song and dance here. I'm an educated buyer and had a great experience.
