Quick, painless, great work! Raul was accommodating and fixed our broken spring, plus light tune-up in minutes.

They ended up calling and asking if I wanted it even earlier at 10AM. They ended up having to replace a broken spring plus the other spring that was about ready to go along with bearings and the wheels. Everything was done and fixed by 10:45AM, so it was less than 3 total hours from noticing the problem to having a solution. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they were. Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. Pricing was consistent with what you'd expect from competitors as well. Just an all around great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.

Angel was quick to identify an issue, provide options, and also answer questions that I had about our options. We ended up getting a new opener installed. Not only was he able to complete the work on time, but he was also quick, and the quality of his work was the best I've seen. I'll definitely choose to work with this company moving forward for any garage door or opener needs. Also, their pricing was the most competitive. I can't overstate how they've probably got the best pricing of any company I've worked with.

The current 3.8 star rating Iconic has on Yelp is pretty accurate. If I could give it, I'd give a…read more3.5. So my old screw-drive garage door opener suddenly stopped working - the motor spun, but never opened the door (probably worn down gears). I reached out to approximately 7 garage door companies and Iconic was one of them. Multiple companies just quoted a new Liftmaster 6690 or 6580 over chat but Iconic and another company wanted to come out for a quote. I thought it may be nice to talk to someone as I wanted to talk about springs (I added insulation but never upgraded my springs). I can see why they want to come out to the site - it is much harder to say no when someone is standing there. A little background about me. I am basically a DIYer. I have even changed my own garage door springs before to which everyone says to not do "or you'll lose an arm." Whatever. But in this case I really wanted an actual garage door company to weigh the door and see if my springs were properly spec'd. With Iconic, it was obvious that they were there to find things wrong and make a sale with as much as possible. They certainly made no effort to try and fix my current opener. And unfortunately for me, after going through quotes for 3 days with 7 companies, I was done with the chase. And there was Iconic standing there saying they could finish the job right there, within a few hours. So I take blame for not continuing the grind. I could have got the flagship Liftmaster 6690 for the same price I paid for a Liftmaster 6580 with Iconic. The Liftmaster 6580 isnt a bad opener, but it is in the Liftmaster Plus Series while the 6690 is in the Premium Series so there are differences. With the 6690 I could have also had the unit come with the outside keypad (extra with the 6580), had more horsepower, a better light, and probably more. I dont blame Iconic for my choice - I'm just saying that other places were quoting the 6690 for the same as Iconic was quoting for the 6580. The work was done in a timely manner. They hauled off the old stuff which is great. Wife said they left some sharp bolts out that she almost ran over, but I don't know if that is from them or something else - hard to tell. The real rub for me was that after just 24hrs the unit stopped closing. As a DIY I knew it was probably the sensors and tried inspecting them - they seemed to be aligned but I could not figure it out and assumed something was wrong from the install. I called them out and got the we have openings multiple days from now. What? I just paid thousands of dollars, have a non-operational unit, and I have to wait? That would sour anyone's mouth, IMHO, Iconic did manage to get someone there earlier than originally planned and it was basically because the sensors attach to the rails and when the garage door is moving it would shake the sensors out of alignment. It is now fixed. As for the workmanship... eh. The garage door opener itself was done well. The outside keypad and the inside keypad, not so much. I am not sure if I am expecting too much here or what but the job looked poor. To mount either unit they simply screwed into the wall - didn't even use wall anchors. The wires coming through the wall were not covered so there was a hole next to the inside unit. I don't expect them to go redo drywall... but maybe at least be creative on how you mount things? Or use actual wall anchors? I was able to move the unit slightly over and apply wall anchors and cover the hole. The outside unit was much the same - just drill into the stucco and if it held then good to go. I was able to drill into the stucco and use longer screws so I was actually mounting into the wood behind the stucco. I got the outisde stucco painted so it doesn't look like a sore thumb. After my corrections the units look like they belong and neither unit is falling off the wall with normal use which I am not sure if their mounting would have held up over time. If I had to do this again I would have gone with one of the companies that was able to simply quote me over messaging, avoid the in-person pressure sales, and just waited a few more days to get the top-of-the-line units for the same price.
