I let them know it did not clean my car at all and I wanted the subscription canceled and refunded since the service I paid for was not provided. They did cancel but also said they would not be refunding since I used the subscription already. Absolutely appalling. The bird poop on my vehicle was easily removed by wiping with a wet rag. How could your car wash not even remove new bird poop?! That's part of y'all's main marketing strategies! Windshield was also not clean.. and layer of dust still was on my car from driving down a dirt road beforehand. The car wash literally did NOTHING. Don't waste your $24.

I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return. I currently pay over $120 per month to wash my vehicles here because of the convenient location, and while I understand that busy periods happen, I consistently leave feeling frustrated with the experience. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. Really enjoyed this car wash!…read more They have a beautiful place. I come here on a Wednesday afternoon. Drove through the car wash for the outside clean, paid $40 for an outside and inside clean! I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. I'll definitely be back!

When I went in today to get my oil topped off, I was met by a young mechanic who said pop your hood man. Then he told me it would be simpler and easier to check your own oil at home. That doesn't strike me as polite service for a paying member of the car wash. I pay about $100 every time I get my oil changed, and I pay $40 a month for your membership. I feel I should get more courteous service then "it would be simpler and easier to check your own oil at home. I have the right to come get my oil topped off when I need to since I'm paying for oil changes there.

I found online that the business goes under two names. Super B Carwash Inc. and Super Carwash . Located at 317 W Princeton Dr, Princeton Tx . I used this self service car wash on 7-26-2024 to wash my small Nissan Versa. I wanted to save some money so I chose not to pay $16.00 at the drive thru wash. My mistake! I used my debit card to pay for service. When I checked my bank account, I discovered that they charged my account $41.25 . So I looked up their phone number online only to get a non working number recording. I then started looking at reviews for this business to see that many others have also been robbed of their money when using a debit card. It got worse when I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They informed me that they couldn't help me because I don't have a receipt. I spoke to a Princeton Police officer who told me that they were unable to do anything at this time. Because it doesn't really fall under the terms/guidelines as theft. So bottom line is that this so called business is getting rich by stealing money from customers who don't have a way to get a refund or stop this from happening to others. The officer did advise that if enough complaints come in regarding the issue that something may be done about it. So if you have been robbed by this company please make a report and continue posting bad reviews about Super B Carwash. Thanks for listening.
