Very disappointing, we tried to get 2 wall decals done through this company. We were paying cash for our project and weren't told about having to pay for project in full before we saw the finished work or install. This after multiple calls and us sending them our completed artwork. I've never worked with a company that has required a job to be paid in full before any work has been done. Every other company I've used for decal work is always pay a deposit, they do the work, we agree that it was done up to par, and balance is paid in full. I would prefer to work with a company that stands behind its quality of work, earns my trust as a new customer, and goes above and beyond to show that we found a great place to work with. I also was treated poorly on the phone by Scotty, and just blindly transferred when I was asking questions about why this was the case. Just really a poor representation of a company. Extremely poor customer service. Made initial contact with Sandee 8/3. Very pleasant individual....send two follow up emails....NO RESPONSE for 10 days now . So I called yesterday (Wednesday) Sandee was not there. Spoke to some young lady on the phone and was assured a call back by 2pm next day. It is now 8.48 pm Thursday and still nothing. I first became acquainted with Monster Imaging because they print all of the banners and decals for our roller derby league. One day while dropping off our items, I struck up a conversation with them about large format printing for my photography. I decided to take a shot and promptly ordered a few foam board and canvas prints, just to sample. I was stunned by the results. The attention to detail and level of quality blew me away. Unprofessional and VERY Rude! I am a Business owner who contacted them several days ago and sent in photos of my Van with current logo and New van which I just purchased... looking to get a wrap on my new van. After several attempts I spoke with a Man who never received my images.. He interrupted me several times and assumed I couldn't afford a full wrap job on my Van! Then He assumed I wanted my current van re done... Just so frustrating when your trying to explain everything and feel nobody cared to just listen without making excuses or assumptions. I found this place online, when I went in the customer service was amazing (I was helped by Scotty). The atmosphere was chill. I got great suggestions, and he was very knowledgable of his craft. Plus, he worked quickly and the quote I got was a lot cheaper than what I expected to pay. He took down my info. & informed that that I would be contacted in about two weeks (because the prep process is the longest). I was extremely excited to do business with the company. Waited over a month & heard nothing so I e-mailed them. Got no response. About a month & a 1/2 later I received a response from someone other than Scotty (with the excuse that they had misplaced my e-mail address), at that point I no longer had any interest in doing business with them. In the e-mail they got my name incorrect, they gave me a new quote (which was more than twice the original), and the image looked horrific. read more
