I had my wrap and tint done at Royalty Wraps and Tint three years ago, and from the start the experience was disappointing. My car wasn't ready at the promised time, and worse, my side cameras were damaged during the process. The only reason that issue was addressed at all was because I caught it and insisted they fix it -- otherwise, they would have sent me home with broken equipment. That should have been my first warning sign. Now, 3 1/2 years later, I am paying the price for trusting them with my vehicle. I hired a different, far more professional shop to remove the wrap, and what they uncovered was appalling. My car had been saturated with an excessive amount of ProBond glue -- far beyond what would ever be considered acceptable. While ProBond can occasionally be used sparingly as a helper, the level used on my car was reckless and completely unprofessional. The result? Permanent paint damage and hundreds of dollars in additional charges for removal. The most disturbing part is that the worst damage came from areas that Royalty re-wrapped in 2023. My side mirrors had paint peel off entirely due to the glue overload, forcing me to now purchase brand new mirror caps out of pocket. The professional removing my wrap explained the situation clearly: "We've over-exceeded our hours due to the overuse of glue. That's why your side mirror paint broke off." They provided video and photographic evidence of the damage, which I am sharing to expose just how poorly this shop operates. This company's work is not just sloppy -- it's destructive. They cut corners, cover up mistakes, and have zero regard for the long-term impact on your car. What you think you're saving in time or money will cost you far more in the end when you have to pay someone else to undo their mess. I was recommended this place from a good friend who had his Porsche wrapped. I have a 2020 M5 Competition Jahre so it is hard to find people to are willing to work on it. Unsure where to start since Xavier and his team have done such amazing jobs on my Tessie (Tesla Model Y Long Range - Pearl White) ... Let's start with our first job: 1) I had all 4 windows and back windshield tinted 20% (I believe), the difference was day and night! literally! That California sun is no joke! especially going up the 5. Xavier and his team also assist me with putting on the Red Decal for the T emblem for the front, trunk, and steering wheel of my car. Giving the white car the signature Red on White Tesla look! 2) I returned for a 2nd visit with days off of work to have the FULL PPF package onto the car. The full PPF package covers the front bumper, hood, mirrors, and all 4 doors. That took about 3 full days and I did not get the REAR PPF. Please do contact Xavier if you, unfortunately, got into an accident so he can give you an estimate for a new PPF to replace the part that got damaged so you can try to claim it in court. 3) Prior to my 3rd visit, Xavier offered to correct it and gave me a new driver-side door tint for FREE since there was some bubble built due to the condition of where I lived when I first had the tint put on. On the 3rd visit, Xavier advised me that currently there aren't any good PPF products for the windshield, so in place of that, I used the credit and put it towards the "Pillars Delete" using the Gloss Wrap (see pictures). His team wrap the Pillars and Mirrors, then to finish off for me coming 3 times, they put on tints for my Headlights and Backlights (Kudos to you "Pancho"). Overall I am very happy with the results and new look of my Tessie. I like supporting new businesses but after experiencing service and workmanship from this place I'm going to think twice. Look at the all the pictures I posted if you don't want to read this article. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TINTED HERE. You've been warned!!!!! Let's start with the service. Xavier was friendly and told me they are Tesla tint specialist and they work with tint manufacturer to give owners with Tesla a special price. So I made a appointment with him on a Tuesday at 10am. I drove 35 minutes to the store and Xavier said his tint guy hasn't responded to his calls or text all day. So he said he'll do my car for $250 with ceramic and also include front windshield. So we set the appointment for Thursday at 10am. I get a phone call at 9 and he said his tint guy wont be in that day either. So we rescheduled for Saturday. I showed up on Saturday and he was able to work on my car. It took his tint guy about 6 hours and I have to say this is the WORST tint job I had on any of my cars (I owned over 10 cars and had all of them tinted). There were basically contamination, bubbles, and/or creases on every window. I called Xavier and told him about everything that's wrong with the tint. He said he'll fix everything, just bring the car back. So I rescheduled with him on a Friday at 10. When I got there Xavier said he didn't have me on their schedule (at that point he could tell I was getting upset) so he said it'll take 4-5 hours to re-tint all the windows, except the back windshield because he doesn't want to ruin the defrosters but will do his best to remove the two large vertical bubbles (which you'll see in the photo). It took him until the next day 2pm to call me and say the car is ready. Well, there are still contaminations and/or creases in the front windshield and few windows. They did nothing on the rear windshield. Also, left a bunch of tint trash and the plastic cover on the front rear mirror hanging. Didn't clean any of the windows so there are strikes everywhere. Also water stains on all the door panels. They truly show how much they don't care about your car. I'm really thinking about taking them to small claims court at this point. So again, take the risk of having a really really BAD job done if you come here. You have been warned. read more

Upon pickup my digital license plate was non function as was my backup camera. After two hours my backup camera was returned to functioning however my plate was still non functioning. After having a technician access my car, we determined that the royalty wraps installers damaged the power bus to the rear of my vehicle and that new power had to be ran to the back of my vehicle and Rplate. I have also been advised to by the technician to take my vehicle into Tesla service as soon as possible to determine the full extent of the electrical damage caused by the royalty wraps installers. Further more I gave Royalty wraps specifications for the wrap I was looking for. I choose one of the brands they recommended and my car looks entirely different than the wrap I selected. I will never take my car to royalty wraps again. read more
