Oh my gosh, such a fun night out!! First time at Monster mini golf. Went with our families (all adults) and had a ball! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. On Mondays if you golf $9 for 18 holes, you get a $5 arcade card. There were 5 in our party and we did not have a wait. We were able to gold right away with no hold up. The course is really enjoyable, lots of cool things to look at and fantastic mix of music. We were singing and dancing along. They even had competitions through-ought the night and the staff would walk around and give out glow bracelets and necklaces. This is the perfect spot for a date night, especially if you and your partner like to get competitive like mine haha. It took us about an hour and a half to complete the course and we went on a Friday and it wasn't too busy. The glow in the dark course is kind of spooky, the sound effects are cool, and the course has some difficult holes, but nothing too crazy. The music was good and had us laughing and having a great time. We will definitely be back for another date night and maybe even do the arcade games next time, which looked really fun. read more

I had Monster Mini Golf bookmarked for the longest time. Last Friday, finally, I was able to go to this novelty mini golf course full of fouls and frights with my boyfriend. To say that coming in this place doesn't grab your attention would be a lie. Going in, you're greeted by so many neon lights, monster paintings, and Halloween-themed things, you're a bit taken aback. Heck, you will probably be asking yourself what day it is. It's October 31st year round at Monster Mini Golf! That being said, if you check in on Yelp, you can receive a coupon to make your adventure there a bit cheaper. Regardless, prices are fair. For $8 if you're a child or $9 if you're an adult, you get to spend anywhere from an hour or two putting an eighteen-hole course. You're given the option of keeping score, and well, we did and I admittedly lost by two points. I will get my rematch, I swear. Cough, anyway... The golf course in itself is interesting as it's inside, so you won't be sweating like a pig. This location is perfectly air conditioned, not to mention that the golf course is littered with riddles and questions pertaining to all your favorite scary stuff: movies, shows, etc. While you putt away in this location, you will find yourself being greeted by Frankenstein, finding trees that speak to you, and well, there may be a few witches a-flyin' - boo! Everything light colored glows in the dark, so definitely dress up for the occasion. Make white your best friend. Aside from this, take note that there are things to do here other than mini golf. You can play table hockey and arcade games, and well, there's even a photo booth. Be aware that to do any of these activities, you must purchase a card to do so, and the machine for this shuts down promptly at 10 PM. For the price, the mini golf is what's expected. You walk in and there are neon colors/black lights everywhere. I took my boyfriend here, on a date, but wished that the machines/animatronics worked at each station, but again they are as up to date as the Chuckie Cheese robots are haha. Super fun spot! They had a great deal for mini golf and a $20 game card for the arcade. It had little trivia all throughout the course on the walls, and also over the speakers they gave out prizes for answering trivia. They had rules in place for the mini golf to ensure that the flow continued smoothly, which it did. The course was really well put together, kind of some tricky shots, but entertaining. We loved how helpful and friendly the staff was. We had a couple games mess up, but they were happy to give us our money back on our cards. The game selections in there were all really fun choices. Glow in the dark mini golf? Yes, please! This place is so unassuming from the outside. It's on a strip in Miramar next door to something silly like a Dollar Tree! You would think it's a small hole in the wall type kiddie place but when you open the door...Holy Macaroni!!!! You are warped into this glow world and immediately you're trapped in it and loving it. You walk into the arcade portion with your typical games, air hockey tables, etc...and it takes you a minute to adjust your eyes and take in the whole atmosphere. The area for golf is on the right hand side upon walking in. There was a little bit of a wait since there were several birthday parties but it went by pretty fast. It gave me a chance to really take note of some of the good service provided by some of the employees. One employee got down on his knees to talk to a little 4 year old that was celebrating a birthday. They had a full conversation full of high fives and lots of encouragement. I thought that was pretty cool to watch and I observed good interaction multiple times by several other employees. The facility itself is a monster themed 18 hole mini golf and you can't help but marvel at the wall art and the creativity used throughout. I called ahead prior to going just to make sure there wasn't a private event or field trip. And I'm so glad I did since the girl who answered was nice enough to tell me to pass by after 3pm since a field trip of 50 kids was about to arrive! When we arrived there were only a few families playing. I was really surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff was. We had a BOGO coupon so I paid $9 something for me & the kids (3 & 8 yr old). At first it was great because we had no one in front or behind us. But of course, my children decided to rush through the holes & we caught up to two families of 5+ & had to wait a while before each hole. They had really good music going & my kids danced the whole time while an employee passed around some glow sticks. We have been to monster mini as a mini golfer, a party goer and a party thrower. Each experience has been awesome and each time we have had a great time. Our review is of our party. Staff: From booking to the party...everyone ROCKED! Our assigned party hosts (Alyssa and Ricky) were amazing. They greeted us at the door and helped bring everything in. They put everything out and kept everything organized. I was handed a tentative schedule of the party. Event: the kids loved running around and playing mini golf. They played 2 games on the golf course with kids and my daughter and her friends had a super time. The kids (and adults) had fun playing the games and golfing. Everyone was so friendly. I brought in food so we didn't have to pass out food as we served brunch food. The location is very convenient. It is in the same plaza as a Dunkin donuts, Publix, a dollar store and a Sals (we didn't do pizza, we picked up bagels near our home). We also brought in Zombie Ice. My daughter wanted a snow cones instead of cake. They were a great added addition! The team forgot to ask me to settle the bill. I got home and realized that I had not paid the balance. I called them and we had a little laugh and I paid them over the phone. I highly recommend a VIP birthday party there. It was great having the place to ourselves. So much fun! I want to give the business two thumbs up for their service during our summer camp season. The business was definitely created for kids and families - new and energetic: fully loaded with monsters-music and black lights- prizes and interaction from the "mad scientists". Starters I brought my teens here for two occasions which we had the room rental for their dining and game playing needs. We got a group rate for them to play a round of monster golf and arcade. We travel with our fun box to take our time at the facility and not finish everything under an hour. My compliments go to the staff to being innovating and patient with swarms of children piling on. They did wonderfully in providing all our kids with vouchers to come back for a free game. I love the idea of having traditional mini golf being twisted to have it inside glow in the dark with music and games while you play. I think you should expect to wait for a long time because it's one course only and its on a flat ground. You can read the quirky wall trivia and enjoy the monsters that move around their cages or just put around and finish it through. I suggest you take your time and TRY. Good for all ages- make it a big deal with your kids to wear neon colors or white so they bright up while they are on the course. Awesome great time for families- love this place!! read more

The boyfriend bought us a date to this place on groupon. We had a blast!! I have driven past this place probably like 7 times each time thinking that place is gona go outta business. Boy was I wrong! On the outside it's covered with black tints and stickers that does not allow you to look inside. Once you open the door it's like a whole other world in there! There's a small arcade area and in the back mini golf. It's such a great time! The people who work there are relatively young but VERY friendly and helpful. I had been several times for kids birthday parties including one we had for my daughter. It's a really cool place. It's an indoor, black lit mini golf coarse with video games. This last time I was there I was throwing a family friendly surprise birthday party for wife 50th. I was able to have the entire place closed to the public for two hours. I was also able to rent the party rooms for an extra hour. The people working their were extremely helpful. They basically took care of the whole party from set up to clean up. The only down side is they want you to use their vendor for food, but they won't stop you from bringing in food other places. I wouldn't have to think twice about having some kind of event there again. read more

This is such a cool mini golf experience! There's very few of them here in South Florida. It's a little more than $10 to play at the course and the course has some interesting holes. Service is really good and the location is convenient if you are in the Miramar area. Parking options are great, it's located in the Publix shopping center and a lot of dining options in the same shopping center if you want to make a whole dinner and entertainment combination. The only feedback I would give is if there was more room in the business was to make a second golf course you could choose from. On weekends it does get crowded at times and you may spend a lot of time waiting on the next hole. We live in the South Beach area, so I wouldn't drive out of my way to come here frequently, but I could foresee coming every few months to play again. read more

Unfortunately, I had to come back to update this review based on the terrible customer service I received recently. From the minute we walked in and were waiting to pay, my toddler had her eyes set on this little pink car where you redeem your tickets for prizes. After playing our round of golf, we played some arcade games. We had bought a special for golf and some games. We played for like 45 minutes. There are not too many games that give you tickets unfortunately and we ran out of play money so we went to the counter to redeem the coveted prize. Alas, we did not have enough tickets for said prize. My toddler kept mentioning this little pink car the entire time we were there and she did not want any of the other prizes. I asked if I can just buy it and the employee said no, it was not allowed. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they can make an exception, the manager did not even come out to speak with me and simply relayed the same message. My daughter was heart broken and inconsolable but the staff did not care. The manager didn't even think it was worth their time to address me. A family outing ended on a super sour note. This place is supposed to be family oriented and friendly, but their actions speak louder than words. That little car probably cost them 25 cents or less perhaps and I would've paid $5 or $10 for it just to please my daughter. It's really disappointing that they would not even entertain the idea. I don't see myself coming back here for a long time, if ever. read more

Visited on Saturday 2/09/20 and realized thid business has since changed their layout. I came here years ago and came back recently to try my hand at mini golf. I'd have to say it was the funnest time ever! The staff was helpful and kinder thsn most plus their arcade is a wonderland for kids and adults trying to have some fun. Now what impressed me most was the VR area that has an amazing experience to it and i had lots of fun. As far as the mini golf is concerned i was so in awe of the neon lights making the wall paintings pop as well as the really fun course they have there. Place is a little over rated. Went on a Saturday night. Couldn't play golf as we were told we have to wait 25 minutes for a birthday party. So we bought a card and played the games there. Very limited vAriety of games. More games fOr just getting tickets than for entertainment. Only one version of the Jurassic park game which besides the air hockey tables was the most popular game to play. After looking at the golf course I was not so impressed. I'd prefer the traditional outdoor honey golf. Don't think I'd go back as it was a bit of a trek from Miami to get there. read more

What an amazing time! Me and my husband decided to try something a little different this Friday night and since we haven't played mini golf in years we thought to give it a chance and see. So I have fun! Everything is glow in the dark and monster themed very cute. Great time for families as well. For two people it came out to $20 which isn't bad at all considering you get a score card, golf ball, golf club included in that price. Parking is easy and plenty of space. I had been to a past Monster Mini Golf CYE several months ago and had so much fun, I promised myself I would come back again. So lo and behold, after a lot of smack talking by my girlfriend about how she would whoop me, I challenged her to Monster Mini Golf. We came here on Friday night, and as we walked in, you are automatically transported into what seems like a different world, with the neon lights, which if you are wearing white, will cause you to glow. Once we paid, we were told there was a bit of a wait, which we understood as it was Friday night. Once it was our turn, we proceeded to have our mini competition. Now these are not your typical mini golf holes; some of the holes here are difficult, with many zigs and zags and twists and turns. These holes will get you frustrated, as we both were at certain points. At least the music was a good mix and kept everyone entertained and dancing while playing. Unfortunately there was no DJ that night, but it didn't matter. This was a fun packed night, especially with the fact that I won the match, so I was happy as well, although I'm afraid what my girlfriend's revenge will be, as i found she is very competitive. Definitely recommend this location as a a change of pace, for familes or a date night. read more

This place is amazing!! Very unique theme for a very simple and enjoyable activity. It is an 18 course mini golf with glow in the dark lights and monsters everywhere. It is very family friendly. Occasionally, the DJ announces random prizes for people from out of state or if you were putting with a pink golf ball. Then they run around and give stunner shades or beaded necklaces to these winners. Even though the prizes are probably worth 10 cents, it really livens up the atmosphere and gets people excited. In addition to that the arcade is small, but more than adequate. It is affordable and there are also two rooms for small parties. The staff also gave us extra prizes even though we were a little short in tickets. I thought that was very generous of them. I'm so sad we moved back to California and there is nothing like this near us. We have one neon mini golf course, but it is about 20 bucks per person.
