Epic Burger.. drop... Don't even get me started with the pizza Thanks for keeping it simple Andy!

During our family vacation to the Beach, we always do carryout pizza on the first night. I had looked ahead and found several options near where we were staying. But when we arrived at the house, one of the rental workers was still there, and I asked him which pizza place he would recommend, without sharing my list. He immediately said Circle Pizza, which happened to be on my list. So I went with it. Turned out to be the right choice. I ordered a lot of pizza, and even though we didn't finish it on Friday night, the rest disappeared on Saturday for lunch. It's good Pizza, and I thought it was reasonably priced. The restaurant itself didn't seem like anything fancy, but it's perfect for carry-out. Would definitely do it again on future trips to Emerald Isle. read more

Pizza delivery is a luxury that I don't indulge in enough. One night in Emerald Isle we decided we didn't want to go out so we ordered circle pizza. My friend had raved about it so I was excited to try. We ordered the veggie and added pepperoni with olives only on half and it was great. If there's any other pizza place open go there instead. Our pepperoni pizza didn't come with extra sauce or extra cheese as ordered. It was burnt, dry and tasteless. I think the dough was old. I have no idea how a freshly made pizza can be so dry looking unless they gave me an already made pie. That burnt cheese pizza you see in the photos is exactly how it looked. After I inquired at other establishments they ALL said tgt Anchor pizza and skip Circle pizza. I see why now. Yuck. read more

COCKROACH FOUND IN PIZZA! This place is DISGUSTING! My wife and I ordered takeout from here last week. She had the pizza box on her lap on the way home and when we opened the box up on our kitchen counter there was a cockroach stuck to the cheese. We called and the owner (Andy?) was very rude and tried to say this was our fault and that he would not give us a refund. Stay away from this place! read more

If half ratings were a thing, I'd probably review a 3.5. The pizza is good, was a little on the higher side for the price. We ordered pizzas and garlic cheese bread one night for delivery. It was about an hour and a half time for delivery. The person on the phone was nice. We were fans of the pizza - but oh wow was the garlic bread not good. It was basically a thick slab of cheese on sub rolls. There didn't taste any garlic either. Highly recommend to stick to the pizzas and playing a round of cards (or two) while you wait! read more

The sandwiches and burgers here are great. Ordered pizza from here for the first time, about 45 minutes before closing. Asked the crusts to be thinned out. The grilled chicken/cheese was extremely dry. The pepperoni was just ok. The veggie was the best tasting of the entire order. Will probably stick with the sandwiches and burgers in the future and get pizza from somewhere else. read more

The first time I ordered here, I ordered a cheese pizza and jalapeño poppers. When it was delivered to my condo they made a cheese pizza with jalapeños on top. I wasn't happy but chalked it up to one mistake. This time I order the same thing and received this burnt, barely edible cheese pizza. They really should be ashamed they serve this to customers. Really disappointed in this place. Food service slow then was informed that they were out of ham for my italian sub. FINALLY get out food and sub was overdone and dry! WOW, this was great pizza!!! I think the greek pizza was actually the best pizza I have ever had. We have a big family, and ordered a cheese pizza, veggie pizza, and a greek pizza. All were phenomenal. Delivery took slightly over an hour and a half - yikes! It was also pretty expensive. And the fries weren't great, but you really can't expect much of fries being delivered from a pizza place. But seriously, the pizza was absolutely amazing! So I gotta give it 5 stars despite the long delivery time and price. read more

We had take out from Circle Pizza on the Thursday evening after Labor Day. Ordered a large Supreme and a Greek salad, which were ready in 15 minutes as promised. The staff were two young women, perhaps in high school, who were both very friendly both on the phone and in person. There were several delivery drivers sitting around; I'm guessing it's getting quite slow for them as is the case for most businesses on the Island now that Summer is ending. The Greek salad was okay. Iceberg lettuce, a few slices of tomato, canned sliced black olives and a good helping of feta. The dressing was entirely oil, likely canola or plain vegetable oil. It needed to be better emulsified before being portioned into the plastic cups so that some vinegar made the trip, but we had vinegar at the cottage and were able to rescue it. I do recommend checking the dressing before you leave as lettuce with oil ain't a good salad. The pizza wasn't very good. It didn't have the thin crust like another reviewer had mentioned, but it wasn't really a thick crust, either. Not good, but not bad. Pizza had lots of toppings and looked very impressive (see photo I added), and it was cooked properly. Sauce, like the crust, was also uneventful. They use canned mushrooms, which I find slimy and unappetizing, so if there is a next time, I'll ask them to hold those. Salad and pizza ran close to $30, which seemed much higher than it should have been. Prices on the website seem to have changed, so call ahead if you are concerned with 5% swings in price. Wife and I both felt that the pizza from Michaelangelo's down the road is better, but they suffer from really bad service, so you need to pick your poison - bad pizza or infuriating service. Next time, we'll just go with frozen heated in the oven. It's a lot cheaper and at least we're pretty sure the outcome will be consistent to our expectations. Not recommended. read more
