This is some of my favorite food. I absolutely love the wings. I go there just for the wings. They are so good to none definitely.

I would like to give them five stars for the pizza which was better than I expected with really good crust. But they blew it on a few other important things. They told us 20-30 minutes on the phone, but it took an hour so we had to sit and wait 30 minutes longer than we had planned. The 18" pizza was under cooked, the veggies on this pizza were raw and we had to finish cooking the pizza when we got them home. Our second pizza with garlic, chicken and white sauce was good but light on chicken, some slices had no meat, and several slices had no spinach. Spinach is cheap, they could have put a lot more on and the cost would have been pennies. For a somewhat expensive pizza they need to raise the bar on toppings. The pizza dough was great, and the cheesy bread and marinara was also spot on. All in this was a far super pizza to Dominos or Pizza Hut and prices along the lines of a Godfathers or Mellow Mushroom. read more

Ordered over the phone and pizza was hot and ready when we got there. Young staff obviously have it together. Large Supreme had wonderful crispy crust which didn't deflate in the box. Adequate toppings exactly as described. Just the right amount of everything and the cheese blend is unique. Will be our go to pizza place! read more

Order pizza online for delivery. When I called and hour later claimed it would be delivered soon. It arrive 2 hours later and cold.

Going through Richlands decided to take pizza home saw this place on internet so stopped. The pizza was dry and tough very little pepperoni one piece per slice. Will not be going there again, also slow service. read more

I would like to give this place 5 stars because we love coming here but this evening wasn't great. we waited over an hour for a to-go order. Multiple customers came and went and we still had no food. when we asked about our order the young female was extremely rude. After she asked about our order to the cook, they said 10-15 more minutes and they quickly made our order. They had clearly forgotten about us. I wouldn't even mind waiting but the server was rude for no reason. Very disappointing. read more

Terrible customer service! Once I did get someone to wait on me I asked how much longer on my pickup order since I was past the stated time for pickup. The young female stated "shortly as in a little while". You need to understand this was stated from her in a very disrespectful tone of voice. Their food is very good, they get extremely busy around certain events but you can call ahead and pick up your food! Service has always been friendly and helpful, nice quite perfect spot for just about anything occasion. read more

We have ordered from Napolis since they opened this location. My husband called today to place an order and the young lady that took his order asked for the expiration date on his card so he said April of 27 (not his real expiration date) and she asked for it again. He said the same thing. Once the order was placed, she apparently thought she had hung up the phone because she started talking smack about him. About how rude he was and how f'ing hard it was to say 04 27 (again, not his real expiration date). He hung up and called back. The same young lady answered the phone and when she realized it was him, she hung up on him. Of course he called back and someone else answered. My husband asked to speak to the manager and canceled our order. The food hasn't been as good for a while now and we ordered mostly out of loyalty but we will not be back. read more

A friend recommended we go here for pizza. Walked in about 12:15 and ordered 4 slices and drinks. Specifically told the girl at the register I only wanted the pizza heated up for like 15 seconds. We paid and went and got our drinks. About 5 min later I questioned the girl where our pizza was. She said it's coming. I stood there and she said we'll bring it to you. When she approached the guys making pizza they didn't seem to care and it still took longer to get it. When the pizza finally came to our table it was so hot you couldn't touch it for literally 5 min almost like they intentionally made it so hot. So either the employees don't care or they can't comprehend time. Honestly I feel bad for the owners because these employees are going to drive this business to closing. I was picking up a to go order and a female staff was picking her nose... I did tell one of the managers as I lost my appetite. And no the female staff member did not wash her hands or excuse herself to finish. It does not matter if the staff was doing nothing but standing around or with direct contact with food and picking her nose it is beyond gross. One must know, this place is very busy, and for a Friday night, dining in fit filled up quick with delivery and pickup already busy by 6pm. They must be doing something right. Unfortunately, there were a few concerns I had, quite possibly attributed to their focus on delivery and pickup 1. We were not greeted when we came in. Clearly wandering around because it was our first time, I get like we were supposed to just "figure it out" for dine in 2. It was the start of the night and they were out of salad. Granted they were on a salad run, not proper planning. 3. We ordered two, three item calzone. Both were missing their olives. They tasted great though. Don't get me wrong, we would have liked all our toppings. 4. Greasy, the food is greasy, but this may be normal, but it seemed a bit more than normal I still foresee us eating here again, simply because they are a local business, and sometimes it is hard to keep up with the demand and we may have hit them on a rough night. The food is great..typical pizza and subs but they are incredibly slow. Nice staff though.

Pizza is a reasonable price, but unless we get the one driver that actually comes to our house, we have to drive to me the driver at a local gas station... kinda defeats the purpose of the delivery. On top of that, when we did meet the driver at the gas station, the driver would be hanging out in the convenience store. The pizza is decent when the bottom of the crust isn't burnt, but honestly, for the price, I'd prefer dominos pizza or Empire Pizza in Jacksonville. With that said, we had one really great driver, so not all is bad with delivery. read more

I don't know what has happened to this place. When I first started ordering from them, a couple of years ago, everything was on point. They have dropped way off. Most of the time the pizza is still doughy like they were rushing to get it done, but not in a good way. I've order the stromboli's a couple of times and I have to cut off where they sealed it because it wasn't even cooked. Then they started forgetting items we asked for like ranch instead of marinara sauce. Now they just forget 80% of my order. I can't blame the delivery people because they're just told to take it and deliver. That is really the only reason I am rating them two stars because the delivery people have always been extremely nice. I can't help what my wife orders but I won't be placing any orders there. read more

Yummy yummy yummy!! If you are looking for a great pizza, stromboli, or sub, this is the place. Also love their cheesy bread!! We order from here a lot for delivery and today was no different. House stromboli and ham/cheese sub to share is our usual choice for a quick dinner. The stromboli was well seasoned and toasted nicely. The sub was equally as well prepared. First off let me say this place is a hidden gem! We've lived in Richlands for 6 months and just found this place. Food is sooo good. My only complaint is the wait time. It's great if you order from home and then come pick up or get it delivered. But if you go in and order or pick from the case the wait time is long. They have the BEST garlic chest rolls. They are full of butter and grease...and I love it! The pizza is super yummy and the delivery service is fast. I didn't give five starts because they don't have fresh mushrooms but rather the stewed or canned ones. There's only a few places in town that do have them fresh. Pizza is mediocre but the delivery is pretty fast as long as it's not peak hours. The pies are huge and the sauce tastes really sweet like it's better than Papa Johns. read more
