I was blown away with how friendly the staff is and how long they have been there (some staff members have been there 15+ years!). I met a few residents as well and they are so happy living there... It really is a wonderful, warm, cozy, elegant and beautiful place for family members to get the quality care they need while building new friendships and memories! Gemma has been so supportive through the whole process. She has guided my family through the paperwork and process of the move in and a temporary move out for skilled nursing. Then, Gemma and Lynn helped us with the transfer paperwork and settling back in. Both Gemma and Lynn have patiently and promptly responded to our questions and concerns. Furthermore, the caregivers and medial staff on the 4th floor are kind, patient, and efficient in caring for their residents. My mother is now bed-bound but she is calm and content. Gigie has been helping families for the last 27 years. The care she and her staff give is far better than what I have seen at other, more expensive facilities. Because of some family issues, my mother started out in a large, over priced Memory Care Facility. The care she got was horrible, and I mean horrible!!! I finally was able to convince my siblings to move her to Casa del Cielo, where she should have been from the start. It took less than one week to know with 100% certainty that it was the right choice. I knew my mom was being cared for. My mom has constipation issues. Oasis was able to get her to have a bowel movement. When I picked my mom up she was clean and tidy. I picked up all her possum s and had no problems with things missing. Five stars just for that. There was a problem with the medical equipment pick up but Abdi was able to resolve these issues without us being charged additional funds.
