I wanted to like this place since it was close to my house and I just moved to SR. However, I've never met so many rude people, not sure if they are all related, but who I think is the owner is a very very rude man, then who I think is his wife is another rude lady and their cashier - not sure if she is their daughter but she is also rude. They lost several items of mine and returned me several pieces of clothing that weren't mine and did not provide any reasoning or explanation. I had dropped off a rug and 4 dresses/pants and they returned to me mens clothes - what is that? Then they accused me of lying and saying it was my fault. Stay away! read more

I brought my wedding gown, bridal veil, and fur coat to Montecito Cleaners for pressing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I arrived, they noticed that the bottom of my gown had gotten dirty during alterations. They were incredibly honest about what could and couldn't be done, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the process, the owner was kind, attentive, and professional. They were fair and transparent about prices.
