Amazing food!!! My family has been on a mission for over ten years to find a sauce and veal margarita like we loved at la Casta Lana and we found it!!! Absolutely awesome!! Three of us got it and absolutely fell back in love with it! The quest is over!!! The veal was very tender, the eggplant and ham were great and the wine sauce topped it off perfectly! Great portions and ratios ! The red sauce was a sweet stick to the ziti and was delectable!! The wife got the eggplant rollitini also amazing. It had Rivera and mozzarella cheese inside and out. Perfectly broiled' Good size too! It's a modern bright large windows comfortable and relaxing! Friendly relaxed service . What an incredible experience! I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by a wonderful lunch venue which included drinks! Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. 3 rd time here and it just keeps getting better! I had the pasta Palermo, huge portion, yummy sauce with sitting, black olives, eggplant- toasted with Parmesean cheese. Will enjoy again for supper another night! We had the small antipasto that four of us split easily. One person had chicken with spaghetti parm, another linguine with clam sauce and third person had Veal margherita. All dinners were Hugh and excellent Broccoli cheese soup was creamy goodness. Fairly new restaurant probably still working out the kinks. Only 4 stars mainly because of personal preference. Portions were generous with the main meals. The bread offered is simply a toasted sub roll. The side salad is only iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, onions and green olives. The homemade sauce is a sweet sauce if that's your preference you'll love it. One of the pieces of Chicken Francese was tough and the sauce was a bit too lemony for my taste. Chicken Parmigiana was delicious! Our server was friendly but didn't seem to come around as often as you expect. The restaurant is clean and well lit but a warmer color on the walls or maybe a dark accent wall would be a nice touch. read more

Chicken cacciatore with GF pasta was great. The sauce is good a little acidic. I would recommend them putting a little baking soda in to cook off the acid, but other than that tasty. Everyone was happy with the food. Would also recommend Romain or mixed greens for salad not just iceberg. I can't stand that. read more

This was really 3 1/2 stars and could have been 4 ... Chicken parm, and eggplant parm was ordered. The eggplant was the best (by far) chicken was good - but lacked seasoning and should have been pounded thin. Comes with a salad (which is a mandatory for old school spaghetti house) and bread. To really get me to 4 stars ... the bread needs to be home made (ours was Costanza sub rolls warmed up). All in all this will be a regular rotation for a quick dinner. Every meal has been delicious. The service is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and they had special decorations for Valentines Day. Is that a constanzo sub roll for bread hmm. If that is true WOW an Italian restaurant who serves bread out of a bag DOUBLE WOW!!! That is so sad :( shameful!!! What a scam these people are not Italian and if they are TRIPLE WOW!!! If an Italian restaurant can't make fresh bread ( flour and water) if you can't mix water and flour together you won't be open for long.I would go down the block either way and get real warm homemade bread. I generally will not write a bad review on here. I just won't review it at all. However our experience today at this "newer" restaurant was a total disaster. I cannot remember another dining experience quite this bad. We were really excited to try it and can't see us ever giving them another chance. Comfortable dining area and expansive menu gave us high hopes. It all went up in smoke after that. We ordered the small antipasto for an appetizer and it came out well after our meals did. Instead of watching our baked ziti and lasagna get cold waiting for it we started eating. I was over half way done with my meal when it finally came to the table. I had to ask for the bread and butter that came with our orders when the antipasto was delivered and over half my meal was gone. The antipasto had absolutely zero dressing on it. We asked for a soda refill three times and twice she told us she'd be right back with our refills and never did even once with a refill. Another table had to ask for their bread after hearing me do the same, and the table next to us got a cold cup of soup delivered. The elderly couple seated at the next table over ordered a sub to split before we ordered and got their food as we were finishing. She asked for a plate for her half of their sub and I am not sure she ever got one. The food was good but not great. Portions were decent. Maybe a bit spoiled as a loyal LaBella Sicilia customer but this place can't compare to say the least. Hope they can turn it around, I hate to see restaurants fail. Since there were 5 of us we were able to get a reservation and we all enjoyed this newer Italian restaurant. We loved the mozzarella sticks and freshly baked bread. The appetizer calamari was perfect for its price point. The 2 children has an order of spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna. The veal cacciatore was a hit, with very tender veal. The chicken parmigiana platter was also a hit with a side of lasagna and 2 stuffed shells. The one disappointment was the veal francese. It was too salty and the lemon too strong which took away from the tender veal. It was our first time there and we will be back. All 5 of us came home with boxes for the next day. The restaurant is very clean, open and well decorated. Our server Adrianna was amazing! Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all the menu items. Had the lasagna and stuffed shells. The wine and meals came out quick and were absolutely delicious, the red sauce was slightly sweet and had great flavor. the portions are big and we took left overs home. Had the opportunity to have both Adrianna and Jackson be my servers. Both were very observant ,kind and did not rush you . (good for the business) The food was excellent. Salad was good but could use some tweeking maybe a little tomato, spring mix instead of iceburg lettuce. The bread was a heated sub roll with butter but they did bring me some oil and herbs for dipping (thank you). My over all eat in experience was AWESOME! However going forward I ordered a pizza from takeout. It was good but NOT what I expected . I ordered mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni extra $6.00 for 8 tiny pieces of soggy fried onion that belong on the Eppie Roll , 8 pieces of mushrooms I could barely find. I learned my lesson to either just order cheese and pep them add other stuff at home OR just stay at my favorite Bocce Pizza place.
