This place is a hidden gem in Elma! We were driving by after being in East Aurora. We had the buffalo chicken pizza. The cheese was really good. "Amazing cheese pull" as my son put it! We had the crab rangoons that they advertise on their sign. Probably the best crab Rangoon's I've had! Crispy, a nice size and flavorful! It's super casual. You order at the counter. Crab ragoons were not on the menu but heard about them on a step up buffalo reel. We ordered at the register and the food was brought out to us as it was ready. The ragoons were amazing and Jay came out to serve us and let us know they are his mom's recipe. Pizza was really good and we will definitely be back! My recommendation...don't bother with Pizza Delizio....unless you want to be disappointed with your decision making. First I want to say the service was absolutely amazing. We were immediately greeted by multiple employees and treated so well. Next, the person we presume was the owner, walked around the counter and made conversation with us and held the door for us on our way out. We didn't sit in the store to eat but the inside was clean, together, and smelled just the way a pizza place should. Finally we arrive home and open our perfectly warmed up slices. This being my first time there and not knowing what to expect, I started to eat my first slice and had it was genuinely one of the best slices of pizza i've had in a very long time. Ordered a cheese pizza and vegetable stromboli. For the second time in a row, both were very burnt. In addition, the cheese pizza was extremely greasy. I didn't realize it until we got home. We ate as much of it as we could. We tried to give them a second chance and we had the same experience as the previous visit. We will not return. I am late to writing up the review and have no excuses; it is not as though I have been to a ton of new restaurants. Anyway, here are some points about Pizza Delizia which make it a great place (and closeness to my home is not the only factor): 1. Service is always fast and friendly. 2. Pizza has a good flavor and is not excessively thick, which is good if you like a thinner pizza but maybe an issue if you prefer thicker pizza. 3. Wings are meaty and crispy, not soggy. 4. The staff does a good job timing the readiness of your order, so you are not waiting in a crowd. 5. Customers always have their masks on, which I suppose may not be a restaurant attribute but is good to know. I highly recommend eating from Pizza Delizia. They did fix up the dining area before the pandemic, so that will be a nice feature for dining in one day, whenever that may be. read more

We popped in for pizza and wings about 7 PM on a Monday night. Ordering is at the counter, about nine tables to pick from for eating in. Plenty of parking out front with no stairs to get in the door. Place seems pretty clean. Staff is happy to be working, and friendly. I tried the Fanta sugar-free mystery-flavored drink from the cooler, which was pretty good! We ordered medium wings, and they arrived as ordered, meaty, crispy and hot, with a nice cup of blue cheese and fresh cut celery and baby carrots. Large cheese and pep pizza was delivered to our table in a box, and it filled the box! No skimping here, the pepperoni was cup and charred and covered every piece. All of the cheese went to the edge of the pizza, and the sauce was smooth and sweet, not sugary or lumpy. Delicious! Noticed they have a delivery car. Glad we found it! Fairly priced. read more

Excellent service and great food. I had the opportunity to taste a few items in the menu because we had such a large party. My favorite items were the pizza, penne with vodka sauce and the honey garlic chicken wings. They have a lot of family meal deals that are pretty affordable for large groups/families. It's hard not to compare it to nochinnos, which was totally different but the pizza is flavorful, I would like it a little thicker but still tastes great. The wings were great. I picked up Pizza and chicken wings while in town visiting. They were both excellent. Wings were cooked to perfection, crispy with great habanero sauce and a generous size. Walked in to dine in and they looked at us like we were crazy ( assuming not many people dinein and mainly to go orders). They guy said sit anywhere but then he said come back up here to order. So we sat down and there was no menus anywhere. Had to get up and ask for that, he knew there was 2 of us and only gave me one menu , so that was annoying. Then I order the personal pizza and wing deal for 14.99 ( online menu was 10.99) and also wanted the stinger sub. This way I knew if there pizza was good and if there wings were good for possible future orders. But then I was advised that deal is no longer available. So then maybe should they should have taken those menus and crossed out with a permanent marker that deal. Frustrated at this I said never mind I will go else where. So for the 5 wings this deal came with they let a new customer leave unhappy. So steer clear of this poorly run place. This was our go to spot during quarantine!!! We loved Nocchinos for all the years they were there, but are in love with the new place and people that took over!! Pizza Delizia is a new Italian place in an old business location held by multiple others in the past 15 years. Where I believe others did not take advantage of the space adequately, Pizza Delizia does. In revamping the dining area to a quaint Italian feel and adding a lot of flavorful dishes and appropriate staffing, Pizza Delizia has made its mark in a short amount of time. Where I would travel 10-20 miles outside of my area on the weekend to get pizza and other favorites even though the prior pizzerias existed at this location, I now travel 2 minutes down the road to this restaurant. Now on 5 separate visits, they have been consistent with quality and service. As all new openings are, you have to figure out flow, demand and stock. Where most openings can be disastrous, I think Pizza Delizia had weathered that storm well and frequently asks for feedback. With the median age in Elma being slightly higher than the sister areas, this place is a welcomed addition to Elma and it will not set you back in the prices. All below average prices for the meals, especially when you consider the quality and portion size versus the wannabe chains in the surrounding towns. Pizza Delizia will have my business for years to come and appreciate their willingness to take advice on improvements, should they be needed. read more

The pizza is delicious with great dough, cheese and sauce, however I couldn't believe the poor customer service when they messed up on an order earlier today. I ordered the bistro salad (which comes with 2 main toppings to the lettuce, walnuts and cranberries), and got home to find no walnuts on the salad (just lettuce and cranberries, for $9). When I asked for reimbursement or a replacement salad at a future date (when the walnuts arrive), they said they could credit me for $1. I would have expected a much more professional response. When asked why, The owner/manager said the website is wrong and we won't honor the website pricing. "It's not my fault, so I won't take responsibility" (let the customer take responsibility - who is responsible for the business?). I asked if he knew current pricing is wrong. He said yes and over charged me. When I questioned the price he became defensive and unprofessional. The "best" businesses don't treat customers this way for a few extra dollars and take responsibility for their current menu online ordering. Obviously, this is a money grab business first - customers last. Plus, the food was not really that good... go figure! Cheapest ingredients and then overcharge for it.
