I met with him and exchanged thoughts and ideas how to redesign a 2+ carat brilliant diamond. After much consideration, we came up with a setting. He took about 10 days to design it as promised. Said it would take 2 weeks and was done as promised. I can't say enough about it surpassing my expectations! There were rubies included in the setting that were perfectly sized with the diamond. Very rude man working in the store today, the city, county and state have mask exemptions for medically disabled people, my bandana was a little loose to allow me to breathe, but still covered my mouth and nose, this man stated that he did not care if I had a medical disability or not and forced me out of the store abruptly making me walk faster than I am able to which caused a great deal of pain to my leg, hip and back, I was there to purchase an item but will never return again, this store needs to read the ADA act and the California Unruh Act about discriminating against disabled people, not to mention the city, county and state exemptions, I will be filing complaints against this company for their treatment against me and my disabilities, NO ONE should treat anyone this way!!!!!!!! read more
